The exhibitor is fully responsible for entering the dog in the correct class(es). The Rally Trial will be run at conclusion of Obedience Trial each day. The Rally Trial starting time will be announced in the judging program. Rally Ring size is 40 x 60. Transfers will be allowed at these trials per AKC regulations. DOGS ELIGIBLE TO ENTER This trial is open to all dogs six (6) months of age or older that are registered with the American Kennel Club or that have AKC Limited Registration, Purebred Alternative Listing/Indefinite Listing Privileges (PAL/ILP),an AKC Canine Partners (mixed breed) listing number,or approved Foundation Stock Service (FSS) breedsare eligible to participate. Dogs with a Purebred Alternative Listing/Indefinite Listing Privileges (PAL/ILP)or an AKC Canine Partners (mixed breed) listing number must be spayed or neutered in order to compete. Wherever the word dog is used in these regulations it includes both sexes. For more information on PAL/ILP go to or Canine Partners go to Dogs should be physically sound. Dogs that are blind or deaf shall not be eligible, and neither are bitches in season, aggressive dogs, or dogs suffering from any deformity, injury, or illness which may affect the dog s physical or mental performance. No dog shall compete if it is taped or bandaged in any way or has anything attached to it for medical purposes. Refer to Chapter 2 of the Registration and Discipline Rules for the listing of registerable breeds that may participate. Puppies under six months of age are strictly prohibited from the trial grounds.

5 ENTRY FEES PER DAY OBEDIENCE FEES: Separate Fee for each dog each trial (includes a $.50 AKC recording fee and $3.00 AKC Event Service Fee) 1st entry of each dog $ nd entry of same dog. $22.00 RALLY FEES: Separate Fee for each dog each trial First entry of each dog $28.00 (includes a $3.50 AKC recording fee) Second entry of same dog $22.00 (includes a $3.00 AKC recording fee) **Please include jump heights for rally and obedience entries** Mail entry forms and fees to Trial Secretary: Alice Peterson W Arlen St. Boise, ID Note: Any person may hand deliver the entries of up to three exhibitors per day. Please make checks payable to ICCKC. No entries will be accepted by phone, or fax. Express mail entries must include the signature waiver allowing them to be left at the secretary s address. Illegible entries will not be processed and will be returned to the exhibitor. Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry. All exhibitors should obtain a copy of the Regulations for Obedience and Rally Trials by downloading them from the American Kennel Club website at RIBBONS, AWARDS, AND PRIZES Rosettes will be awarded in all Obedience and Rally class as follows: First Place Blue Second Place.. Red Third Place. Yellow Fourth Place. White A Dark Green Ribbon will be offered for qualifying scores. A New Title Rosette (offered by ICCKC) will be awarded for completed titles.

7 NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS SAFETY, BEHAVIOR and LIABILITY The safety of the dog is our primary concern. By entering this trial, exhibitors acknowledge that they are familiar with the rules and regulations of this sport, and that their dogs are familiar with and able to perform all exercises safely. It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create an unnecessary disturbance or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the trial committee, be asked to leave the show site. In such case, no refund of any fees paid will be made. The Idaho Capital Kennel Club and its agents, employees, etc., will assume no responsibilities for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors or handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children. The Idaho Capital Kennel Club reserves the right to decline entries for cause and may remove any dog on account of aggression. No one shall have any recourse or claim against theidaho Capital Kennel Club or any official thereof. All dogs must be on leash at all times when on trial grounds except when competing in the ring. Exercise Pens and Play Pens are not allowed on trial grounds. REFUNDS No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, an act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee. No entry fee will be refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused, or barred from competition by the action of the Trial Committee. Females in season are not permitted to compete in obedience or rally trials. If a female is withdrawn from competition because it came into season, the club will refund entry fees for bitches unable to compete. The Trial Secretary must be notified no later than one half hour prior to the start of the first class of the day of the trial. The club will retain a processing fee of $5.00 per entry per trial. RINGSIDE Judges are not required to wait for dogs. The Owner of each dog is solely responsible for having it ready at ringside when it is to be judged. The Club has no responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required. ADDITIONAL SITE INFORMATION There will be no full-service food concession available on the site. Restaurants and fast food vendors are easily accessible. No overnight parking will be allowed at the trial site. No electrical hook-ups for motor homes or campers are available. Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning up after their dog(s). Any exhibitor failing to do so may be excused without benefit of refund if the Trial Committee deems the exhibitor to be in violation of this requirement. DIRECTIONS TO THE TRIAL SITE From US 20/US 26/West Chinden Blvd turn North on Glenwood St. Go.1 mile and turn right on Backstretch Rd (just before Baseball stadium). Continue east to open gate. The trials are being held in the same building as the TVDS October cluster trials.

8 HOTEL INFORMATION Idaho Capital City Kennel Club expects all persons to keep trial grounds, parking lots, and motel rooms clean and free from damage. Those exhibitors ignoring this request may be brought before the Trial Committee in accordance with AKC Rules. These hotels have graciously agreed to accept our well-mannered dogs. No second run-throughs per class. No Ring Sharing Rally exhibitors: No rally course will be set up, but you may work on individual exercises during your time in the ring Plan C rules: This is a rent-a-ring type match. Please bring your own help (judge or steward). Food (that does not crumble) and toys are allowed. Absolutely no food should be placed on the mats or stanchions.
