Height Divisions Small - Dogs 13" and under Medium - Dogs 13.1 to 18" Large - Dogs over 18" NOTICE: Dogs will be asked to be kept 20 ft away from gating and all entrance/exists except when running. No Flexis on Site.

2 Notice to Exhibitors I. It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs, children and/or guests. Any exhibitor whose dogs, children, and/or guests repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Trial Committee, be asked to leave the trial II. site. In such case, no refund on any entry will be made. Venue a. The trial will be held under cover, but not heated or air conditioned, so dress accordingly. b. A wading pool will be made available should temps warrant. III. Entries a. Withdrawal of entry before the closing date will receive a refund less a 20% processing fee. No refunds will be made for withdrawal after the closing date. Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused, or barred from competition by action of the Event Committee. b. All entries must be accompanied by entry fees to be valid. A returned check does not constitute a valid entry. There will be a $30 fee for all returned checks. c. Checks must be made payable to Christine Sapa. d. Exhibitors are responsible for complete, accurate, and legible information on their entry forms. e. Every attempt will be made to hold this event as scheduled. In the event of an Act of God such as fire, flood, etc., an event may be canceled. We will make every attempt to contact entrants and inform them of the cancellation. We will return all or part of the entry fees at our discretion. VI. Awards a. Ribbons will be given for qualifying runs and placement ribbons for 1 st through 4 th place. b. New Title Awards will be given to dogs completing a title. c. Rosettes will be awarded to the High in Class. Veterinarian: San Juan Veterinary Hospital Dogs may enter both the Instinct Test and Novice class in the same trial until the dog has earned the RATN title and then they cannot enter the Instinct Test. Any dog completing a division may move up in the next trial. This is up to the handler but is not required for 30 days.. NO day of show entries. Rings for each Class will be kept open for a set posted time frame. s will go out to each entrant upon closing date, allowing time scheduling for conflicts IV. Dogs a. All dogs must be on leash and under control while on trial grounds except while showing. FLEXI LEASHES ARE NOT PERMITTED at the show site. Electric collars ARE NOT PERMITTED at the show site. b. Bitches in season MAY compete at Barn Hunt trial. They will be run at the end of each class. Bitches in season must wear pants. If bringing a bitch in season, please inform the trial secretary prior to the trial, and inform all exhibitors at the judge s briefing. A separate potty area will be provided. c. Disruptive dogs will have to be crated in vehicle. V. People a. Please pick up after your dog and dispose of waste in appropriate containers outside the building. Please clean up after yourself.

4 Certification of Agreement upon Registration or Entry of Dog I certify that I am the actual owner of the dog, or that I am the duly authorized agent of the actual owner whose name I have entered above. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I (we) agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Barn Hunt Association, LLC in effect at the time of this event, and by any additional rules and regulations appearing in the premium list for this event, and further agree to be bound by the liability waiver enclosed with my entry. I (we) certify and represent that the dog entered is not a hazard (dog or human aggressive) to persons or other dogs. This entry is submitted for acceptance on the foregoing representation and Agreement. I (we) agree to conduct myself (ourselves) in accordance with all Barn Hunt Association, LLC Rules and Regulations and to abide by any decisions made in accord with them. Liability Waiver I (we) agree that the club holding this event has the right to refuse this entry for cause which the club shall deem sufficient. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of this event and of the opportunity to win prizes, ribbons, and/or trophies, I (we) agree to hold Barn Hunt Association, LLC, the event-giving club, their members, directors, governors, officers, agents, or event secretary and the owner and/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are necessary to hold this event and any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, and any BHA LLC approved judge, judging at this event, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss, injury or damage to this dog. Additionally, I (we) hereby assume the sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify, defend and save the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expense (including legal fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injuries, including death at any time resulting therefrom, sustained by any person or persons, including myself (ourselves), or on account of damage to property, arising out of or in consequence of my (our) participation in this event, however such, injuries, death or property damage may be caused, and whether or not the same may have been caused or may be alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their employees, agents, or any other persons. Media Release Form I hereby authorize club-appointed videographer and/or photographer to use, reproduce, and/or publish photographs and/or video that may pertain to me, including my image, likeness and/or voice without compensation. I understand that this material may be used in various publications, public affairs releases, recruitment materials, the BHA LLC website, yahoogroup or facebook page, or for other related endeavors. This authorization is continuous and may only be withdrawn by my specific rescission of this authorization. Consequently, the BHA, LLC or show-giving club may publish materials, use my name, photograph, and/or make reference to me in any manner that the Corporation or project sponsor deems appropriate in order to promote/publicize service opportunities.
