14 Show Rules: 1. This is an Official ARBA Sanctioned Show and will be governed by the latest revised show rules of that body. The completion of the Entry Blank indicates acceptance of these rules and regulations. 2. This is an official NYSR & CBA Show. Points to count towards sweeps prizes. To be eligible for these prizes, you must be a member in good standing of a local all-breed association and show in at least 40% of the NYR&CBA sanctioned shows. 3. This is a carrying case show. All carriers must have leak proof pans. 4. Day of Show Entry is $6.00. Pre-entry Fee is $ 3.50 per rabbit and $ 2.00 for fur class. Any rabbit entered in fur class must be entered in their open class. 5. A youth exhibitor may show in both youth and open, but they may not show the same animal. However, they may show the same animal in any of the specialty shows. Youth must carry the youth rabbits and Cavies to and from the judging table. Youth will be judged at the same breed table as open. 6. Owners of animals showing signs of contagious disease will be asked to remove them from the showroom. Non-compliant entry holders will be completely forfeited from the show and reported to ARBA. 7. All exhibitors are responsible for getting their own animals to and from the judging table. The 3 call rule will be enforced. 8. ALL EXHIBITORS ARE ASKED TO FILL OUT THEIR OWN COMMENT CARDS PRIOR TO JUDGING for Open and for Youth for flat ribbons if desired. The only way you will get them is if you have the placement card. A sheet of Placement cards are provided in this catalog. 9. All animals must be in the show room no later than 8 am. Judging will start promptly at 9 am. All exhibitors are responsible for getting their animals to and from the judging table. No refunds for animals not shown. 10. NFRC reserves the right to add or substitute judges as needed. 11. There must be 10 or more rabbits shown in a breed in 2016 to be sanctioned at the 2017 show by the NFRC. 12. All animals must be permanently ear marked or tagged legibly. Cavies must have the coop # s on adhesive tape or forfeit the fee. 13. The NFRC, Inc. will not be responsible in case of fire, theft, accident or providential destruction. Every precaution will be taken to eliminate any danger or mishap in the showroom. 14. No alcoholic beverages or ANIMALS other than rabbits/cavies allowed in the Show room. Example: NO DOGS, CATS or BIRDS etc. 15. We ask Canadian Exhibitors to please pay in US cash. 16. Parents will be held responsible for their children. 17. Any exhibitor issuing a bad check will be charged a collection fee as charged by the bank. All offenders will be reported to the NYSR & CBA and ARBA and their sweepstakes points will not be awarded until the debt is settled. 18. Breeds must have 10 or more entered to be eligible for stated awards offered by NFRC. NFRC by will not be responsible for specials donated by individuals. Awards will be available after 10 am. No trophies, ribbons, or rosettes will be mailed. Cash awards will also be given out at the show 19.
