6 SHOW RULES 1. These are ARBA sanctioned shows. All ARBA show rules will be observed. 2. All animals entered in fur will be judged in breed fur unless otherwise noted. 3. All entry forms must be legibly completed, including name, address, ZIP code and telephone number. Please be sure you provide all necessary information for each animal entered. 4. The Garden State RCBA and their members will NOT be responsible for fire, theft, injury, accident or providential loss, but every precaution will be taken. 5. Judging will be done by private ear number. All animals must have a legible tattoo or tag. Animals not properly earmarked will be disqualified from the show and no entry fee refunded. 6. No breeding, and no does with litters will be allowed in the show rooms. No breeding will be permitted in show parking lot or on show grounds! 7. Any animal showing signs of disease will be immediately removed from the showroom and the entry fee will be forfeited. Please be considerate of your fellow exhibitors and leave sick animals at home. 8. Awards must be picked up day of show from the show secretary (cash awards will not be mailed) 9. Garden State RCBA reserves the right to substitute or appoint judges. The decision of the Show Committee as to the placing of the breeds on a judge s table will be final. 10. There will be NO refunds for day-of-show scratches. 11. Each exhibitor is responsible to have his or her rabbits on the show table for judging. Classes will be called three times only. 12.Youth must put rabbits or cavies on show table for youth show. 13. All carriers must have solid, leak-proof bottoms. 14. No animals other than rabbits or cavies will be allowed in the showroom, except where required by law. 15. Exhibitors will have all early show animals in the showroom and checked in by 8:15a.m. 16. Parents are responsible for their children, and will be charged for any damage their children may cause. Unattended children will be asked to rejoin their parents. 17.No smoking or alcoholic beverages will be permitted in the showroom. For everyone s enjoyment, all exhibitors are urged to display the utmost respect and courtesy for the judges and each other. 18. In the event you your entries and do not show, you will still be held responsible for those entry fees and will receive a bill. If you do not pay the entry fees, you will not be able to show at future Garden State RCBA shows until this matter is taken care of. 19. No Rabbits or cavies in Rest Rooms 20. No Grooming tables or chairs to be setup in show room until after 10:00am space permitting. 21. All fire lanes must remain clear. This rule will be strictly enforced. Please park in designated areas. 22. Exhibitors attempting to or actually interfering with, annoying, molesting, influencing a judge or acting in an unbecoming manner will be rejected and barred from the show. All entry fees will be forfeited. 23. In the event a check is returned for non-sufficient funds, there will be a $50.00 bank charge. All checks must be made good or entries will be forfeited and left off all show reports. 24. YOUTH MAY SHOW IN THE OPEN AND YOUTH SHOWS BUT NOT WITH THE SAME ANIMAL. ***NO GROOMING TABLES OR CHAIRS WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE SHOWROOM UNTIL 10AM***

From NYC and Eastern NJ Take Interstate 80 West to (Exit 34B) Route 15 North, Follow 15 until it joins Route 206 just beyond Lafayette, New Jersey. (I-80 exit to Plains Rd 19 miles) Proceed North for one mile to Plains Road, turn right at the light, and The Sussex County Fairgrounds will be on the right one mile down the road. From Northern PA Take Interstate 84 East or 209 North to Milford, PA. Cross at the Milford Bridge to Route 206 South. Proceed South past Branchville, New Jersey to Plains Road. Turn left at the light and The Sussex County Fairgrounds will be on the right just one mile down the road. From Western NJ Take Route 206 North past Newton, New Jersey and Ross' Corner (intersection of Route 15 - Route 206 makes a left) to Augusta. Turn right at the light for Plains Road and The Sussex County Fairgrounds will be on the right just one mile down the road! Alternate route from Newton: Turn left on Route 519 North right after the square in Newton. Follow 519 past 3 traffic lights. Where 519 makes a sharp left, go straight onto Augusta Hill Road. Continue across Route 206 (traffic light) onto Plains Road. The fairgrounds will be on the right one-mile down the road. From Southeastern NJ Take the Garden State Parkway North to Interstate 287 North / Route 440 West. Follow 287 to Interstate 80. Proceed West to Exit 34B and Route 15 North. Follow Route 15 until it joins Route 206 just beyond Lafayette, New Jersey. (I-80 exit to Plains Rd 19 miles) Continue North on Route 206 for one mile and turn right at the light onto Plains Road. One mile down the road you will find The Sussex County Fairgrounds. From Southern NY State & New England Take Interstate 84 West to Exit 3 taking Route 6 West. Follow Route 6 to the village of Slate Hill. Turn left on Route 284 south and follow to the end at the traffic light in Sussex NJ. Turn right onto Route 23 North. Follow Route 23 around gas station and going straight at the traffic light (do not follow Route 23 to the right) by High Point Chevrolet. Follow Loomis Avenue (Route 649) past the Sussex Airport and straight through the traffic light onto Route 565. Continue about 3.5 miles looking for signs to the right for the Sussex County Fairgrounds at Plains Road. Follow Plains Road about 3.5 miles to the fairgrounds on the left.
