The Open breeds will follow the Youth breeds at the same table unless otherwise Indicated Note: A Youth MUST place rabbits on the youth judging table per club rules. If an adult places the rabbit on the table it will be disqualified (except for approved handicap issues). Exhibitors do not have to carry their own animals to the table but a youth must put the animal on the table. This is a Pre-Entry Show with Day-Of-Show entry accepted per the following: Pre-Entry Fees - $3.00 / per rabbit, Late or Day-of-Entry is $6.00 / rabbit, Fur - $1.00/per rabbit. 6 Day of Show Procedures Check the catalog for times when you must have your animals checked in and check show table boards for where your breed will be shown. Listen for loudspeaker announcements for breed starts. CCRBA reserves the right to change breed tables. Your check in sheet will be given to you by the show secretary. If there is a question on ear number, variety, sex, make sure to resolve the issue BEFORE bringing the animal to the table. SUBSTITUTIONS: Per ARBA rules these are ear number changes only and must be done before judging starts. A form will be available at the Secretary s table to submit these changes. CHANGES IN SEX, VARIETY, OR CLASS: Again per ARBA rules, this is a Late Entry, not a substitution. Forms will be available at the Secretary s table to make late entries. ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGE made at the show table will be honored unless to correct secretarial error or the proper form for substitution or late entry has been submitted at the secretary s table. 7 SHOW RULES This show is an official ARBA sanctioned event and will be governed by the current show rules of the American Rabbit Breeders Association, Inc. The filing of an entry from indicates the acceptance of these rules: NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED IN THE MALL OTHER THAN DIRECT TRANSFER TO THE SHOWROOM IN CAGES. No fundraising is allowed by other ARBA or NY State Rabbit and/or Cavy Clubs unless they are CCRBA sponsored. All animals must have a permanent and legible ear mark in the left ear. Rabbits will be judged by private ear number. Please make sure they are legible. Determination of legibility is up to the judge. CCRBA will not be responsible for any loss or injury to animals or humans in case of fire, accidents, providential destruction, insect bites, sunburn, frostbite, acts of nature, etc. Exhibitors and guests assume all risk of entering animals in the show and being on the property. Exhibitors are responsible for getting their animals to and from the table. Breeds will not be rejudged because of late arrivals. In order not to cause delays, classes will wait no longer than 3 minutes or 3 calls. CCRBA reserves the right to substitute judges, staff, officers, awards and change show tables. ANYONE causing a disturbance or intimidating a judge or staff will be removed from the showroom and their entries forfeited. There will be no breeding of rabbits in the show room. Entry fee must accompany entry or entry will be returned to the exhibitor. Any checks not clearing the bank will be assessed a $75.00 fee. Children must be in the care of an adult to not only ensure their safety but also so they don t disrupt exhibitors, their animals, mall business or mall patrons. CCBRA reserves the right to ask ANYONE to leave the show area, and yes we do mean ANYONE!. CCRBA may also choose to refuse entries for cause per ARBA rules. No alcoholic beverages in the showroom. No smoking in the showroom or the mall. Sick animals should NOT be brought into the showroom. Sick animals will be removed from the showroom and entry fees will be forfeited. Determination of sick will be at the discretion of the show superintendent. Ribbons and awards must be picked up at the show as they will not be mailed. A youth MUST place rabbits for judging on the respective youth judging table. The animal will be disqualified if an adult places the animal on the table. Exceptions will be granted for disabled youths. Contact the show superintendent to have exceptions granted. Any exhibitor under the age of 5 years must show in OPEN class per ARBA rules. Carriers must have leak proof bottoms. Carriers, Chairs, Grooming tables, For Sale boards, etc. are to be placed in designated areas only. Walkways will be indicated and need to remain clear of obstructions. Service animals are welcome but should be readily identifiable as such with a vest or harness as required. Per ARBA show rules CCRBA reserves the right to refuse entries from exhibitors placing an entry from all locations within 150 miles which has had a confirmed outbreak of RCV/RHD/VHD within the past 60 days of the entry deadline
