At the End of the show the open and Youth Best in show animals will compete for a best of the best in show award where all 6 judges will review and grade the rabbits on a scale of 1-6 which ever rabbit having the most points that rabbit will be best of the best in show. 5 Show Rule s: 1. This show is held in strict accordance with the latest and revised Official Show Rules of the American Rabbit Breeders Association, Inc. 2. All rabbits must be permanently marked in the left ear prior to showing. An ARBA Registrar will be on available for ear marks and ARBA Registrations. 3. Exhibitors are required to make sure their animals are taken to the judging table on time. The decisions of the judges will be final. 4. Exhibitors must act in a professional manner towards judges, show committee, show help (writers) and each other. This is expected of both adults and youth. 5. Exhibitors attempting to or actually interfering with, annoying or trying to influence a judge, or behaving in an unbecoming manner WILL BE REJECTED and BARRED from the show, forfeiting all entry fees. We will NOT TOLERATE any of the above listed behaviors. 6. The show officials reserve the right to refuse entry to exhibitors whose conduct, in the official s opinion, make it undesirable for the welfare of the show. If an exhibitor is barred, their stock will be barred from competition also. No refund of entry fees will be provided. 7. Awards must be picked up at show. Legs will be mailed within 30 days. 8. All animals must be healthy and in proper type carrying cages. 9. Parents, children must be under the supervision of an adult at all times. 10. The club and/or its officers are not liable for any injury or damage in connection with the show. 11. Exhibitors must clean their immediate area before leaving. 12. Youth may not enter the same animal in open and youth. 13. Any issue arising that cannot be by the above rules shall be decided by the official show committee whose decision will be final. 14. If you wish to make a complaint please contact the one or both of the show liaisons listed above and they will take down your information and your complaint and submit it to the show superintendent for review. If you file a complaint you must submit a $ non refundable fee for the complaint. 15. If kids are running at large inside the showroom parent will be notified by one of the show officials. 16. All Entry Fees are final NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AT ANYTIME. 17. Judges Order is final NO request may be made for certain Judges at anytime 18. No Person or other club will be permitted to do fundraising or saleing products or baked goods in the show area. This excludes the selling of animals. Exhibitors can sale animals. 19. No Exhibitor has to be an ARBA or member to enter the show. 20. All show cages must have leak proof bottoms.
