2 Conditions of Sale 1. NO UNBOOKED ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON DAY OF SALE. 2. All stock should be penned and numbered in accordance with the catalogue on arrival at the market. 3. All POULTRY & WATERFOWL should be penned BEFORE 9.00 a.m. on SATURDAY 19 th MAY ALL CATTLE & SHEEP should be penned BEFORE a.m. 4. No Stock may be sold privately prior to the sale and must be offered for auction through the ring. 5. Reserve Prices must be handed in to the main office before 9 a.m. on the morning of the sale unless previously notified. 6. All waterfowl MUST HAVE WATER at all times provided by the vendor. 7. Any substitute lots must be notified to the auctioneer prior to 9 a.m. on morning of the sale and will be subject to a charge of 1 (+ VAT) per amended lot. 8. Please note there will be a buyers premium of 10% (+VAT) on the Poultry, Waterfowl, Ponies and Donkey Section. Sheep & Cattle will be 5% (+VAT). 9. All stock must be paid for and removed from the market premises by 4.30p.m. on the day of the sale. 10. All purchasers must ensure that all stock is removed in suitable containers. 11. No lot will be delivered to any purchaser without the presentation of a PASS obtained only from the Market Office upon settlement. Vendors with unsold lots should also obtain a PASS from the Market Office in order to remove. 12. This catalogue is only a guide. Could all Purchasers satisfy themselves as to description of stock.
