Selected Merino ewes from the Dumgree flock have been added from time to time, and Lincoln rams have been purchased from Wm. Rayner (F.36 L.), H. J. Rayner (F.229 L.), L. R. Wilton (F.262 L.), E. T. Wilton (F.215 L.), and W. M. Bishell (F.231). In 1942, 190 Merino ewes purchased from the Estate of late Thos.Renwick (F.44) were added to the flock and these were mated with Lincoln rams bred by L. R. Wilton (F.262 L.). At the time of registration the flock consisted of 120 first-class ewes. In 1944, the flock was taken over from the partnership by L. G. Dollar, in 1966 it was transferred to Glencairn, and in 2008 to the present Owner. In 1944, 66 Merino ewes were purchased from Estate of late Thos.
