2 1. ccess apital Replacement Tool There are two ways to navigate to the apital Replacement Tool (RT).. fter you log in to the RRO Home page, you can use the Quick Link to directly access the apital Replacement Tool, or. From the Home page, click on the Update Data tab at the top of the page or the Update Data graphic in the middle of the page. This will bring you to the Update Data page.. lick on the apital Replacement Tool to access the RT Home page.

3 2. Navigate to ulk uy Requests - Home Page. Select the ulk uy Requests Tab to navigate to the ulk uy Requests Home page. The ulk uy Request Home Page lists the facility order forms per Garrison(s) to which you have access.. The symbol expands / collapses the facility order forms available per Garrison.

4 3. Navigate ulk uy Requests - Order Form Layout. The Garrison Panel identifies the current ulk uy ycle, the ID and Garrison, the ID ranking for this Garrison order package, and the ction/status indicator.. The symbol expands or collapses the Garrison Facility Order forms.. ll equipment is listed in the worksheet for the specific ulk uy ycle (ardio or Strength). E D. Quantity Eligible is the number of pieces of equipment that qualifies for replacement according to the equipment Lifecycle Rating. *See RT-S Quick Guide for further information. D F E. Specify the required Quantity and Priority from each user level in the Garrison approval workflow. There are three user request levels - Program Manager, RD, and HQ. Note: The ID level only prioritizes the Garrisons within the ID. They do not input Quantity and Priority at a Facility or equipment level. F. justification is required for any equipment requests greater than the Quantity Eligible.

5 4. Navigate to ulk uy Requests Order Form (IMOM Directorate). Expand the Garrison panel(s) to see all facility order forms for each Garrison.. ll ID level Garrison packages have a Submit action link, regardless of submit status in the workflow.. ll Garrison packages submitted to the ID level have both a Submit Return action link.

6 5. Navigate to ulk uy Requests Order Form Return to RD (IMOM Directorate). To return an entire Garrison package to the RD level, select Return.. Upon selecting Return, provide a required justification in the pop-up dialog box.. Upon adding the justification, select the Return button to return to the RD or ancel to cancel the action. D. Once returned, the status Returned to RD will appear in the header. D

7 6. Navigate to ulk uy Requests Order Form Prioritization (IMOM Directorate). ID users must assign priority to the Garrison packages within the Directorate (with 1 indicating the highest priority).. Once an ID assigns a priority to a Garrison, that priority option is removed from the dropdown menu.. The ID may assign priority to a Garrison regardless of status in the workflow. - For example, if a RD has not yet submitted a Garrison Package, the ID can still assign the Garrison a priority. D. Select Save to save the current information and/or return to finish the worksheet another time. Pending Garrison order Package D

8 . To submit packages to HQ level, select Submit. QUIK REFERENE HELP GUIDES 7. Navigate to ulk uy Requests Order Form Submit (IMOM Directorate). Upon submitting the package to HQ, the assigned Garrison priority is locked. The priority will remain locked unless HQ returns the Garrison package back to the ID.. The priority for any pending Garrison order packages can be edited until submittal.

9 8. Navigate to ulk uy Requests Order Form Submitted View (IMOM Directorate). Upon submittal of Garrison packages to HQ, the status Submitted to Headquarters will appear.. The assigned priority becomes read-only and visible to all user roles.. Expand the Garrison panel to see final order forms in a concise, read-only view.

10 9. ulk uy Rules and Warning Messages In the ulk uy order Form, you may see red warning messages at the top of the worksheet, notifying you to complete necessary fields in the form before submitting.. Requesting an equipment quantity greater than the quantity eligible requires justification.. The justification field will be highlighted in red.. Prioritizations for all equipment requested must be in consecutive order, a priority level cannot be skipped; for example, two equipment pieces requested must be ranked &, rather than &. 11 10. ulk uy Rules and Warning Messages (continued) D. Delivery Instructions and PO Information is required for all facility order Forms; ID level cannot submit a Garrison Package with missing information. The Program Manager or RD can enter the required Information. D
