The Junior Handler must co-own the Wheaten exhibited with a SCWTCA member or a relative of a SCWTCA member

In a year where there is a Roving, an award will be made for each cluster of shows. The purpose is to draw attention to and to reward the most important component in our sport, the Breeder.
