All club delegates are encouraged to attend, to vote or raise a query on behalf of their club. Visitors are welcome to attend but are however, unable to vote. 2 ISSUE SCRATCHINGS FROM THE SECRETARY It is that time of the year again where we all realise we haven t stuck to our new year resolutions as well as we would have liked. encouraged to attend the AGM to voice any concerns their club has or to provide direction for the next year s committee. More information about this can be found on pages 3-8. PAGE 2 financial club that is holding a show this year with an Encouragement Award comet to hand out to one of your lucky exhibitors. The award was posted to all valid clubs with the AGM notice. With eleven months of 2015 left I am sure we can all tick something off our list as completed. One thing we can all tick off is attending our Annual General Meeting which is being held on Sunday 15th March at the Cultural Centre (presentation hall) Rosewood Showgrounds. All club secretaries have been notified in writing with an AGM notice and supplied copies of nomination and proxy forms. All club delegates are The 2015 show calendar has been available for purchase since late last year and stocks are running low. So if you are wanting one, and haven t yet purchased one, you better get in quick before they are all sold. The show season is starting soon so if you have an exhibitor registration keytag that doesn t end with a 15 or higher, then it is time to renew your registration. The FCAQI is proud to once again supply each It would be appreciated if clubs could list this sponsorship in their schedules this year. 15 FEATHER CLUBS ASSOCIATION OF QUEENSLAND INC PAGE 15 SOUTH BURNETT - FCAQI ENCOURAGEMENT AWARD South Burnett Feather Club decided to give the wonderful FCAQI Encouragement Award to the Reserve Champion Junior Exhibit of Show at the annual show in May this year. This was won by Michael English with his well feathered large Indian Game cock bird. Michael started showing in the South Burnett area local Agriculture Show this year and this was his first club show. Thanks to the FCAQI Award this definitely gave Michael the courage to come and compete in the South Burnett Feather Club Life Members Perpetual Trophy Show in July.
