8 Notes to all poultry exhibitors: No parking on the show field. Forward parking is provided for blue badge holders. All exhibitors may unload their birds directly adjacent to the poultry tent, but MUST then park their cars in the main car park in which a separated area is available close to the poultry tent for poultry exhibitors only. ANY bird carrying parasites or showing signs of any disease or illness will be boxed and removed from the poultry tent. All other birds from that exhibitor will also be removed and the entry fees will be forfeited.

9 The Show is held under Poultry Club of Wales rules, and exhibitors agree to be bound by such rules; with these additions: 1 Prize monies will only be paid in classes of 2 or more entries. 2 Caerwys Agricultural Show, its officers and officials can not be held responsible for any loss, partial loss or damage to any exhibit during transit or whilst at the Show. It is on this understanding only that entries are received. 3 The Committee reserves the right to amalgamate or cancel classes where there are insufficient entries; likewise joint male female classes may be separated if entries warrant. Please state sex and colour of all exhibits. 4 A stamped addressed envelope must accompany all entries for passes to be issued. 5 Every exhibitor will be held responsible for the correctness of their entries and and statements on their entry form. Exhibits entered in the wrong class will be excluded from the competition. 6 The Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry without explanation. 7 No entry will be accepted without the correct entry fee. Cheques should be made payable to "Caerwys Agricultural Show". 8 5 entries equal 1 free pass in to the Show. 9 Juvenile entries - 2 entries equal 1 free child pass in to the Show. 10 Maximum of 5 birds per exhibitor per class. 11 No exhibit of a breed with a class already provided will be allowed to compete in classes scheduled AOV. 12 Should any judge be unable to officiate the committee reserves the right to engage an alternative judge. 13 The feeding and watering of stock is the responsibility of the exhibitor. 14 All perpetual cups and trophies remain the property of Caerwys Agricultural Show. All trophies must be signed for and returned to the Secretary 14 days before the Show Date.
