2 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY All persons shall abide by the rules and regulations of the Proston Show Society as published in this schedule on pages 10 to 11. The Show Society has the discretionary right to accept or refuse entries. All birds must be the bona fide property of the Exhibitor. Stewards have the discretionary right to add or alter classes as necessary. Please write variety and/or colour on the entry form. No replacement entries accepted. Judges have the discretionary right to determine the standard of exhibits and award or withhold prizes according to the merit of the exhibit within approved poultry standards. Exhibitors may be present at the time of judging, under the direction of the Chief Steward. No correspondence or dispute will be entered into after the completion of judging. After the awarding of Grand Champion Fowl of Show, the reserve bird from the same section is eligible for Reserve Grand Champion of Show. All birds must be clean and disease-free. All persons must pay gate entry money unless in the possession of an approved show society pass. PARKING The area adjacent to the roadway past the Poultry Pavilion is a Restricted Parking Zone between the hours of 9.00am to 3.00pm. Competitors are required to remove their vehicles outside the grounds by 9.30am. There is parking space reserved for disability/limited persons if required.
