1 Armidale & District Poultry Club Purebred Poultry Auction To be held at Uralla Showground Saturday, July 25, 2015 Penning of lots to be completed by 9.00am. Viewing from 9.00am with the auction to commence at 10.30am sharp. Shed will be closed during auction. No birds will be released before the end of the sale. Auctioneer: Bert Hewitt Refreshments will be available during the day. 2 AUCTION RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. 10% of all sales retained by the Club. 2. This is a No Reserve Auction. 3. The Club reserves the right to accept or reject any bird. All birds must be of good quality and any bird not purebred, of good health or deformed in any way will be rejected without question. 4. All birds must be clean of vermin ie. Scaly Legs, Lice or Mite etc. 5. All birds must be penned by 9.00am on the morning of the Auction. Viewing up to 10.30am when the auction will commence in the hall and the shed will be closed. Birds can be penned on Friday night from 4.30pm to 7.30pm and Saturday morning from 7.00am to 9.00am. 6. All prospective buyers must have obtained and completed a Buyers bidding card. 7. All purchases must be paid for in full on the day. Cash or Cheque only. 8. All birds are to be sold per pen. 9. All pens will be secured before start of Auction and only opened for the buyer at the completion of sale, who will then be accompanied by a Steward. NO EXCEPTIONS. 10. At the fall of the hammer, all birds become the responsibility of the purchaser. 11. All birds are sold exclusive of GST, except where a vendor is registered for GST. where 10% GST shall be added to the knockdown price. 12. No lots sold outside of venue. 13. Stewards will supervise penning and unpenning. 14. All care will be taken of birds, however the Armidale Poultry Club will not take responsibility for any loss or damage. 15. Boxes will not be provided so buyers to bring your own..
