Turn left on Piilani Street. Turn right onto Hawaii Belt Road/Mamalahoa Highway. Turn left on Makaala Street (big intersection with Orchid Island Ford, Verizon, Walgreens and Hopaco). Turn into the second driveway on the right (at Kentucky Fried Chicken). The vet s office is located in the strip mall on the left hand side.

The welfare of an exhibitor s child is assumed to be the responsibility of the exhibitor. It is distinctly understood that exhibitors will exercise control and restraint over their children on the day of the shows. All persons attending these dog shows hereby waive any claim from damages against the Hilo Obedience Training Club or its members, in the event a motor vehicle has to be entered to rescue a dog from overheating for improperly vented conditions. ENTRY FEES First entry of a dog in Obedience or Rally each day... $25.00 (*includes $.50 AKC recording fee and a $3.00 AKC event service fee) Each additional entry of same dog in Obedience or Rally each day... $12.00 (*includes $3.00 AKC event service fee) Prepaid catalog... $8.00 PLEASE NOTE: Rally is NOT a second entry in obedience. Rally is a SEPARATE event, whether or not obedience is entered, the FIRST ENTRY FEE ($25.00) must be paid for your rally class entry. Also, each day is a separate trial so you must pay the FIRST ENTRY FEE ($25) each day.

9 NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS 1. TRANSPORTATION FOR NEIGHBOR ISLAND EXHIBITORS will be furnished to and from the Hilo airport and the trial provided we are NOTIFIED at the time you mail in your entry. 2. ENTRIES NOT ON OFFICIAL AKC ENTRY FORMS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. 3. A Judging Schedule will be mailed to exhibitors after entries close. 4. Entries close on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at 6:00 PM, after which time entries cannot be accepted, cancelled, altered, or substituted. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, telephone or fax entries cannot be accepted. 5. Owners are responsible for errors on their entry forms; no entry fee will be refunded in the event of errors. 6. Entry fees will not be refunded if a dog is absent, disqualified or excused by the Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by the Trial Committee, except if a bitch is in season (see #7). 7. Females in season are not permitted to compete. If the Trial Secretary is notified at least one-half hour prior to the start of the first class in the trial, 100% of the entry fee will be refunded to the owner of the female in season. 8. FOLLOW FLOOR PLAN No crates allowed on stadium floor use upper level. (Parks & Recreation Stadium Rental Agreement rule). 9. The owner or agent entering a dog in this trial does so at his own risk. The Club will not be responsible for loss or damage to any dog exhibited. Every dog in this trial must be in the care, custody and control of his owner or handler during the trial hours. The owners of the trial site will not be liable for any damage to or any exhibitors or dogs. 10. Dogs may not be removed from the trial before being judged, except by the Veterinarian or Trial Secretary. 11. Trophies and prizes will be awarded in the judging rings to the person exhibiting the dog. No trophies or prizes will be mailed. 12. The Club reserves the right to offer other trophies and/or prizes of equal or higher value if the listed trophy and/or prize is not available due to nonarrival or any other reason. 13. Unentered dogs will not be allowed on the trial grounds except service animals accompanied by and under the continuous, immediate supervision and control of individuals with a disability as defined in the Americans with Disabilities Act. 14. For safety reasons, absolutely NO DOGS will be tied out and unattended at any time during the trial while on trial grounds. All unattended dogs MUST BE CRATED.
