2 Exhibitors Please Note The show-giving club, the show secretary, officers, etc. of the Pennsylvania Brittany Club and the Harrisville Fire Hall assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property, and further assume no responsibility for injury to children not under the control of their parents or guardians. Neither the Pennsylvania Brittany Club nor the Harrisville Fire Hall will be responsible for the loss or damage of any dog on the show grounds, whether as a result of an accident or any other cause. It is clearly understood that every dog entered in this show are in the care, custody and control of its owner or handler during the entire time the dog is on the show premises. Attention: Show site will be available starting at 10:00 am on Monday, May 9, There is a large parking lot behind the building and, if necessary, you can set up to groom there. ALL EXHIBITORS WILL BE EXPECTED TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND THEIR DOGS. NO GROOMING WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE SHOW BUILDING. There will be a bathing station at the Pennsylvania Brittany Club grounds which are approximately 10 miles from the show site. This will be available both Sunday and Monday morning. There will be NO electrical hook-ups available at the show site itself or in the show building. We suggest that all bathing, clipping, etc. be done prior to leaving for the show site either at your hotel or at the Pennsylvania Brittany Club grounds. We are showcasing a sporting breed used for upland bird hunting so all grooming should be kept as minimal as possible. All persons attending this dog show hereby waive any claim for damages against the club or their members, in the event a motor vehicle must be entered to rescue a dog from overheating or suffocation due to improper ventilation. Dual Dog Award- there will be a Dual Dog Award offered for the highest placing dog in both the Pennsylvania Brittany Club weekend field trial May 6-8, 2011 and the specialty show May 9, ENTRY FEES: $30 for first entry in regular and nonregular classes $20 for second entry of same dog $12 for Sweepstakes. Must be entered in a Regular Class at this show. Entry fee is $12.00 for each Brittany entered in a Sweepstakes Class, this is in addition to the entry fee for the Regular Classes. However electric hookups are limited and are on a first come first serve basis. There is a $5 per day fee for the use of electric on the grounds.
