PLEASE NOTE Exhibitors & Handlers will be responsible for clean conditions in & around their crates, x-pens and grooming areas. This is an unbenched show/trial. Dogs need not be at show until scheduled time of judging. Dogs will be excused following the judging of their class unless needed for further judging. JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. ALL PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED IN THE RING. The Club reserves the right to substitute any trophy with one of greater or equal value if conditions make it necessary. NO TROPHIES will be mailed. The Show Giving Club may decline any entries for cause and may refuse to receive or may remove any dog on account of disease, viciousness, or other causes and no one shall have any claim or recourse against the Show Giving Club or any official thereof. The welfare of the exhibitor s child is the responsibility of the exhibitor. It is expressly understood that exhibitors will exercise control and restraint over their children on the day of the Show. Management is not responsible for the loss of, damage to, or death of any dog exhibited, or for the possessions of any participant, whether the result of accident or any other cause. It is expressly understood that every dog at this show is in the care and custody and control of his owner or handler during the entire time the dog is on the show premises. The German Shepherd Dog Club of Minneapolis & St. Paul, Inc., its Show Secretary, Animal Inn Training School, their agents, employees, etc., assume no responsibility for any loss damage or injury sustained by spectators, exhibitors, handlers, their employees or children, etc., or to any of their dogs or property. Entrants and spectators to this show do so entirely at their own risk. This Show is governed by the American Kennel Club. Exhibitors should read the AKC agreement on the back side of the entry form in the Premium List.

6 INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENTRY SUBMISSION AND PAYMENT: Use the OFFICIAL AKC ENTRY FORM in the Premium List to make your class selections and calculate your entry fees for each dog. Use one entry blank per dog if information is exactly the same for each event each show. You should use a SEPARATE entry blank if you are entering your dog in different class in different shows/days. Write in the class for each show in which you wish to enter. In calculating your fees, please note that reduced second entry fees only apply if the dog is entered in more than one class with the same event #. Total the entry fees for all events and all dogs and indicate on the entry form whether you are paying by check or credit card using our website with Paypal and Either print and mail your entry form(s) with a personal check payable to GSDC of Minneapolis & St. Paul. All entries will close exactly at 9:00 pm on Wednesday, February 14th, IMPORTANT INFORMATION ENTRY FEES MUST ACCOMPANY ENTRIES. INCOMPLETE, CONDITIONAL, UNSIGNED, OR TELEPHONE entries cannot be accepted. ENTRIES NOT ON OFFICIAL AKC ENTRY FORMS or photo copies of entry forms without the agreement and rules on the reverse side of the Official AKC entry form are NOT ACCEPTABLE. ENTRY FEES will not be refunded in event of errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date, nor in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, sick, lame, in season (exception... obedience/rally obedience), or excused by the Veterinarian or Judge or barred from competition by the Bench Show Committee, or because the dog is ineligible to compete because it is incorrectly entered. If because of riot, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund of entry fee(s) will be made. THE CLUB AND IT S SHOW SECRETARY ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY for wrong or incomplete information given on the entry blank by the owner or agent of the owner. This Club and its Show Secretary assume no responsibility for the owner or owner s agent entering a dog twice or in a class for which the dog is ineligible to compete. CONFIRMATION OF ENTRY & JUDGING SCHEDULES will be sent to the address/ on the Official AKC entry form after the closing date. as per AKC Rules and Regulations. confirmation notices will be sent to those that have included an address on the entry form.
