Rally (two trials): Novice A & B, Intermediate, Advanced A & B, Excellent A & B, and Master ENTRY FEE: $30 per entry for all Obedience and Rally classes, except the following: UDX, RAE, and RAEM entries are $30 for the first entry and $28 for each additional entry of the same dog. $20 for junior handlers per entry in all classes. The AKC Recording and Event Fees are all included. Dogs will compete TALL TO SMALL in all rings for all classes. Don t forget to Indicate your jump height on the entry form in the space provided. Entries that require a jump height, that are received lacking a jump height, will be returned as an incomplete entry. UDX ENTRIES: Please check the box on the entry form for UDX. Dogs entered in this class will be entered in both Open B and Utility B. Once the limit has been reached in any class, all subsequent entries will be returned in their entirety RAE ENTRIES: Please check the box on the entry form for RAE. Dogs entered in this class will be entered in both Rally Advanced B and Rally Excellent B. Once the limit has been reached in any class, all subsequent entries will be returned in their entirety RAEM ENTRIES: Please check the box on the entry form for RAEM. Dogs entered in this class will be entered in Rally Advanced B, Rally Excellent B, and Rally Master. Once the limit has been reached in any class, all subsequent entries will be returned in their entirety Option 2: We will accept entries for German Shepherd Dogs first, and then accept entries from all other breeds and All American dogs listed in the AKC Canine Partners program until the entry limit specified is reached (in the order that they are received). GSDCGW reserves the right to increase the number of entries in any class to reach the 7-hour judging limitation. 4 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS One ring and ample crating space in each of two separate air conditioned buildings. Judging will be TALL TO SMALL in all rings for all classes. Classes in Building 6826 will be held in the following order: Utility B, Utility A, Preferred Utility, Graduate Open, Open B, Open A, Preferred Open, and Graduate Novice. Classes in Building 6822 will be held in the following order: Novice B, Novice A, Preferred Novice, Beginner Novice B, Beginner Novice A. After a short break for ring setup, the Rally Classes will begin with Rally Master, Rally Excellent B, Rally Excellent A, Rally Advanced B, Rally Advanced A, Rally Intermediate, Rally Novice B, and Rally Novice A. Second Rally Trial will begin 30 minutes after the first Rally Trial ends. Class sequence remains the same. All of the mirrors will be covered Crating space is available in both buildings. Owners bringing dogs onto the premises that are not entered in this show may be asked to leave. No dogs under 4 months of age are permitted on site. There is no smoking in either building. Please dispose of trash in the proper manner. FREE admission and FREE parking The judges are not required to wait for dogs. It is the responsibility of the owner/handler to have the dog at ringside when required and without being called. Only dogs entered in REGULAR OBEDIENCE CLASSES will be eligible for High Combined or High in Trial Rosettes and/or Prizes. 6 NOTICE TO EXIBITORS ENTRY FEE $30 per entry for all Obedience and Rally classes, except the following: UDX, RAE and RAEM entries are $30 for the first entry and $28 for each additional entry for the same dog. $20 for junior handlers per entry in all classes. CLOSING DATE: for entries is 5:00pm.Saturday July 28, 2018 (at show secretary s home) after which, entries cannot be accepted, cancelled, or substituted except as provided for in chapter 14, section 5 of the Dog Show Rules. THE OBEDIENCE AND RALLY SHOWS will be open from 8:00am to 7:00pm. A RECORDING FEE OF (effective January 1, 2008) 50 cents and $3.00 EVENT SERVICE FEE for each entry will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial, or Tracking Event. This recording fee is to be collected by the Showgiving Club and paid to the American kennel Club. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the show, the recording fee is to be collected for the first entry only. (AKC Rules Applying to Dog Shows, Chapter 11, Section 2). RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee. The show secretary will add a collection fee of $30.00 to the amount of each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their being placed on a cash only basis. ENTRIES NOT ON OFFICIAL AKC FORMS without the agreement and rules on the reverse side of the Official AKC Entry Form are NOT ACCEPTABLE. TELEGRAPH, TELEPHONE, AND UNSIGNED ENTRIES CANNOT BE ACCEPTED. ENTRY FEES shall not be refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by veterinarian or judge, or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee. No refunds will be made for bitches in season after the closing date. If because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of management, it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund of entry fees will be made. ERRORS ON ENTRY FORMS: Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, whoever may make such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in the event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. CONSULT JUDGING PROGRAM FOR TIME OF JUDGING DOGS MAY ARRIVE prior to their scheduled time of judging. DOGS NOT REQUIRED FOR FURTHER JUDGING will be excused. JUDGE WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on a leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the ring. RISK: the owner or agent entering a dog in an obedience or Rally trial does so at his/her own risk and agrees to abide by all of the Rules and Regulations of the American Kennel Club.
