The Collie Club of BC will offer a prize for the High Scoring Collie at the Saturday, October 6 th, 2018 Obedience Trial. The person handling the dog in the ring shall be recognized as the Agent for the owner of the dog. Delivery in the ring of any prizes won shall constitute full delivery of the prize to the rightful owner. No prizes will be mailed.

10 CANADIAN KENNEL CLUB SCHEDULE OF CHAMPIONSHIP POINTS SECTION 2. The schedule to be employed in the determination of the number of points to be allocated to a dog awarded WINNERS shall be as follows: (*Includes the dog awarded Winners.) Dogs Competing* to 5 6 to 9 10 to or more Points Allocated* To determine the number of championship points earned by a dog awarded Winners, total all the dogs in competition which the dog defeated, directly or indirectly, for the highest of the following official breed awards: Winners, Best of Winners, Best of Breed or Best of Opposite Sex and then consult the schedule set forth above. A dog that is disqualified, dismissed, excused or ordered from the ring by the judge shall not be included in the calculation for championship points. Further section {C} has been added and states the dog must: have earned at least one 2 point win either at the breed level or group level. The system provides for additional points if a dog awarded winners also places in the Group as listed here under. In no case may a dog earn more than five (5) points at a single show. To earn a Canadian Championship, a dog must earn at least ten championship points under at least three different judges; and be individually registered with the Canadian Kennel Club, or have a CKC Event Registration Number (ERN).
