3 Entry Fee Information Opening Date: September 19,2018 Rally Entry Fee Trial # $30 Additional Entry, Trial #1 ( Same Dog ).... $25 Rally Entry Fee Trial # $30 Additional Entry, Trial #2 ( Same Dog ).... $25 Obedience Entry Fee (1st entry) $30 Additional Entry/ Same Dog.$25 Includes a $3 AKC Event Service Fee & $.50 AKC Recording Fee Jump Heights MUST be noted on entries for all classes with jumps. All jump classes will be run small to tall jump height order for the trial. Transfers / move ups allowed. Waive Signature Requirement if using express deliveries. Trial will be limited to a total of 8 hours of judging time. Acknowledgement of entries will be made via as soon as practical. Please include legible address on your entry form. A wait list will be established to fill openings created by entries that are withdrawn prior to the event closing date. Shetland Sheepdogs are excluded from this trial. Please note when entry limits for the judge are met, those classes will be automatically closed, even if before trial closing date. Make checks payable to CGRC and mailed with a completed entry form. CGRC &/or Trial Secretary assume no responsibility for cash sent by mail. Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry. Returned check fee: $ Entries will not be accepted if not on a current official AKC entry form or photocopies of the entry form without the agreement and rules on the reverse side of the official AKC form. Entries received without fees will not be accepted. No entry will be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance. Owners are responsible for errors. No entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date or when the class limit has been reached per Chapter 1 Sec.27 AKC Obedience Regulations. Bitches In Season. The entry trial fee less $7 will be refunded for bitches that come in season after the closing date. A written request from the owner accompanied by verification from a veterinarian, must be received by the trial secretary at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the trial. Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a Veterinarian or Judge or barred from competition by action of the Trial Committee. If because of severe weather, riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond our control. The well being of dogs, exhibitors and spectators is of paramount importance and, in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop a trial before completion, no refund of entry fee will be made. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog isd recorded in his name.
