Rally entries will be ordered by jump height, in descending order beginning with 16 inches in the morning and ascending order beginning with 4 inches in the afternoon. Obedience judging will be in ascending order by jump height beginning with 4 inches in the morning and descending order by jump height beginning with 36 inches in the afternoon. Entry confirmations, judging schedules, ring assignments and directions to the show site will be ed no later than 10 days before the trials. 4 Entry Rules: Entries close at 12 p.m. on Wednesday October 16, 2013, after which entries cannot be accepted, changed, or cancelled. Entries must be signed by owner or agent and submitted with fees ONLY on the standard AKC entry form. No other entries will be accepted. Telephone, Fax, and Unsigned Entries Cannot Be Accepted. Downloaded and/or Photocopies of Entry Forms without Agreement and Rules on the reverse side of the Official AKC Entry Form are OT ACCEPTABLE. Express or overnight entries MUST be marked NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. Obedience Entry Fees: $25.00 first entry, $15.00 for second entry of same dog, same trial. Non-Regular Classes Entry Fees: $15.00 for each entry, regardless of number of entries per dog. Entry Fees include the AKC Event Service Fee of $3.00 for the first entry of a dog and $3.00 for each additional entry of the same dog in the regular and non-regular recordable single entry classes, and the $0.50 AKC Recording Fee (on first entry only). Rally Entry Fees: $25.00 first entry each day, $15.00 second entry same dog, same trial. Entry Fees for Rally include the AKC Recording Fee of $3.50 for each first entry and $3.00 for each additional entry. Obedience and Rally are separate events; if you enter both Obedience and Rally in the same trial, the First Entry fee applies to each. Each trial (morning and afternoon) is a separate event. Bitches that come into season after the closing date for entries may have the entry fee refunded less $4.00 per class upon written request of the owner or handler before the start of judging on the day of the trial. Entry Fees will not be refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by the Judge or Veterinarian, or barred from competition by the Trial Committee. If riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the Club make it impossible to open or complete the Trial, no refund of entry fees will be granted. This club does not agree to arbitrate claims as set forth on the Official AKC entry form for this event Earn a title in one weekend, same location, at the new Autumn Cluster! Lake Eustis Kennel Club Obedience and Rally Trials Saturday, November 2 and Sunday, November 3 Catalogs Trial Catalogs will be available for pre-order for $3.00 per catalog. Please check entry form and enclose fee. A limited number of catalogs will be available for sale at the trial. Catalogs will be at the Secretary s table at the trial. Checks should be made out to CFODC. RV Parking RV overnight parking without hookups is permitted outside the fenced area at no charge. The Eustis police ask that we inform them of the description of any vehicle parked overnight at the fairgrounds. Please contact Betty at svandellen@earthlink.net if you will be parking overnight. There are dog-friendly RV campgrounds available nearby. Buildings are smoke free. No dogs will be allowed in the ring for practice at any time. No dogs may be left in the building overnight. Please bring your own chairs.

5 TRA SFERS; (applies to both regular Obedience and Rally). After a dog earns a title, it may be transferred to another class in a future trial even though the closing date for the trial has passed. The request for a transfer must be in writing and presented to the trial secretary at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the trial. Transfers may be approved, provided the next event class and the judge is available and the class has not reached its limit. Transfer forms are available on the AKC website, from the trial secretary, from the trial chairperson, Bobbie Kurivial at bkurivial@comcast.net, or the club website, You MUST supply a jump height for the transfer. Photographer Margret Taylor is available to photograph you and/or your dog both days of the trial. Misconduct at hotels or motels may result in an Event Committee Hearing. Please do not allow dogs to urinate or mark on the buildings. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e, age division, color division, weight division. 4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for an event closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his name.
