The Kay-9 Dog Training Club of Ponca City, Inc., may decline any entries for cause and may refuse to receive or may remove any dog on account of aggression, disease, deformity, injury or illness which may affect the dog s physical or mental performance. No one shall have any claim or recourse against the Kay-9 Dog Training Club of Ponca City, Inc., or any official thereof. Females in Season are not permitted in Trial. If a female is withdrawn from competition because it came in season and event secretary is notified no later than one half hour prior to the start of the first class in the Trial, the Club will refund the entry fee. The Club may retain a processing fee. Errors on Entry Blanks. Owners are responsible for errors in completing entry forms, whomever may have made such errors, and no entry will be refunded in the event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. No Refund for Duplicate Entries. We will make every effort to find all duplicate entries, but if entry has been processed no refund will be made. Returned Checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Trial Secretary will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis. Entry Fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge or barred from competition by action of Trial Committee. If, because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund entry fee will be made. 6 TRIAL SITE REGULATIONS There is NO SMOKING allowed in the building. The show site will be available to exhibitors from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. each day. Dogs may not be left overnight in the building. Due to limited space, exhibitors may be asked to stack crates and no exercise pens will be allowed. Space may not be saved with mats, chairs, etc. First come, will be first served. Exhibitors, please do not let dogs urinate on building walls. Every exhibitor is responsible for cleaning up after his own dog. Dogs must not be tied to bushes, shrubs, trees, or other permanent fixtures. The Show Giving Club, the Show/Trial Secretary, Show/Trial Committee, etc., assume no responsibility for loss, damage or injury sustained by spectators, exhibitors property, their dogs and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children. Dogs need be present only for scheduled judging. Consult judging program for time of judging. JUDGES NEED NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dog in the ring. ALL DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH except when being judged. Judges Are Not Required to Wait for Dogs. They will adhere as closely as possible to the Judging Schedule. The owner or handler of each dog is solely responsible for having it ready at ringside when its class is to be judged. The Show-giving Club and the Trial Secretary have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought in to the ring when required. Exhibitors Must Be Governed by any rules or regulations of civil authorities building and parking restrictions. Vehicles parked contrary to regulations will be subject to towing at owner s expense. There will be no room for unentered dogs. Parents/Guardians are responsible for their children s conduct and damage caused by them. It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Show Committee, be asked to leave the show site. In such case, no refund of any fees will be made. CONCESSIONS WILL BE PROVIDED BY ST. MARY S 8TH GRADE YOUTH GROUP There will be donuts and coffee in the mornings and sandwiches for lunch. If no one is there to take your money, please use the honor system. There will be a price list and a money box. (Variety) if you are entering a dog of breed in which there are varieties for show purposes, please designate the particular variety you are entering, i.e., Cocker Spaniel (solid color black, ASCOB, parti-color), Beagles (not exceeding 13 in., over 13 in. but not exceeding 15 in.), Dachshunds (longhaired, smooth, wirehaired), Collies (rough, smooth), Bull Terriers (colored, white), Manchester Terriers (standard, toy), Chihuahuas (smooth coat, long coat), English Toy Spaniels (King Charles and Ruby, Blenheim and Prince Charles), Poodles (toy, miniature, standard). 2. I(WE) AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE ENTRY, EXHIBITION OR ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT BETWEEN THE AKC AND THE EVENT- GIVING CLUB (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN THIS PREMIUM LIST) AND MYSELF (OURSELVES) OR AS TO THE CONSTRUCTION, INTERPRETATION AND EFFECT OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE SETTLED BY ARBITRATION PURSUANT TO THE APPLICABLE RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION.
