Entries not on an official AKC entry form and photocopies of entry forms without agreement and rules on the reverse side of the official AKC entry form are NOT ACCEPTABLE. Entries received without fees, or with post-dated or returned checks will not be accepted. Acknowledgement of entries will be made via as soon as practicable. Please include legible address on your entry form. Exhibitors providing addresses will receive all communication, including confirmation and judging schedule through . Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Show Secretary will add a $30 collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, or excused by the Judge or Veterinarian, or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee. No refunds for bitches in season. If because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the show giving club, it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refunds will be made. Effective January 1, 2008 Event Service Fees on all AKC events will be $3 for the first entry and $3 for each additional entry in addition to the $.50 recording fee for the first entry of each dog in Obedience. (American Kennel Club Rules, Chapter 11, Section 2.) Fax/Credit Card Entries Fax/Credit Card entries will be accepted up to the closing date and time. Official AKC entry forms must be used and both sides must be transmitted. A cover sheet must include: Cardholder's name, address, city, state and zip code, phone Number and address, Credit Card Number, type (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) and expiration date, a written signature on the cover letter authorizing payment of entry and fax fees, "CVV" Code (the last 3 numbers that appear in the signature area on the back of the card) and the total number of pages including the cover sheet. The fax fee is $4.00 per dog. All entries using a credit card, regardless of method of submission, will be processed through the fax/credit card system and will be charged the fax fee. You may wish to call to confirm receipt of your fax, as proof of transmission is not proof of receipt (Phone: ). Please indicate the number of catalogs requested on the entry form, and add those funds to the entry fees. The following categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best of Breed competition: Dogs that are Champions of Record and dogs which, according to their owners records, have completed the requirements for a championship, but whose championships are unconfirmed. The showing of unconfirmed Champions in Best of Breed competition is limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirements for a championship. 3. (Event Class) Consult the classification in this premium list. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e., age division, color division, weight division. 4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time the entries for a show closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for which entries closed after the date of the acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his name. State on entry form whether transfer application has been mailed to A.K.C. (For complete rule refer to Chapter 11, Section 3). 5. Mixed Breed Dogs entering classes for Agility, Obedience, and Rally trials should mark Breed as All-American Dog/Mixed Breed. Sire and Dam information shall remain blank for mixed breed entrants. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Event Committee, be asked to leave the show site. In such case, no refund of any fees paid will be made. The host club, Clantyre Show Secretary Services and its agents, employees, etc. will assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors or handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children. Site will be available for RVs at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, Jun 24, Exhibitors allowed in the building Wednesday after 3:00 P.M. NO EXCEPTIONS. Exhibitor Parking $3.00 per day. Spectator Parking $5.00 per day. Exhibitors will be responsible for cleanliness in the area surrounding their crates & vehicles. Trash receptacles & water will be available in the show areas. Please help us keep the show grounds clean. Dogs will be permitted to remain in the building overnight Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Security guards will be provided. If sawdust is used in x-pens, you must have plastic under & up the sides. Exercise equipment furnished by MB-F, Inc. - Additional public exercise equipment will be provided by MB-F, Inc. No private exercise equipment will be permitted indoors at anytime. This includes no exercise pens as crating. Grooming & Crating in designated areas only. Stacking will be enforced. NO mats or rugs on the floor. No crates allowed in aisles at any time. No soft mesh crates will be allowed. Crate Tags are encouraged. All crates must be stacked, violators will be subject to Event Committee Hearing. An area for Day Grooming will be provided. It MUST be cleared EACH DAY 1 hour after Best in Show. Any equipment left in this area will be removed. Show grounds must be cleared within one hour after the award for Best in Show on Monday, June 29, No ATVs allowed on the grounds. No baby strollers will be permitted in the building. Refreshments will be available. Anyone parked in an unauthorized space will be towed at owner's expense. No saving parking spaces. Only one parking space allotted per vehicle. No Videos or Photos may be taken except by the Official Photographer. ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS PERMITTED IN PUBLIC RESTROOMS. ALL OFTHE ABOVE WILL BE ENFORCED.
