No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies conditions as to its acceptance. Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event the dog is absent, excused, disqualified by a Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of the show committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the management, it impossible to complete the show, no refund of entry will be made. Errors on entry blanks. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, whomever shall make such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the closing date. No refund of duplicate entries. Consult judging program for time of judging. Dogs may arrive any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not needed for further judging will be excused. Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners/agents are responsible for having their dogs in the judging rings when classes are called. The Show-giving Club and the Secretary have no obligation or responsibility for providing services through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling/locating dogs. All dogs present must be on leash or confined to their crates unless they are being judged or in the exercise ring. BITCHES IN SEASON (on the date of the show) are not permitted to compete, American Kennel Club Obedience Regulation amended to November 11, Refund of entry fees minus $10.00 per entry, will be given to the entrants of bitches in these obedience trials, upon written certification by a licensed veterinarian to the effect that the bitch in question is in season on the day of the trial, if received one half hour before start of all judging on the trial date. Rules and regulations of civil authorities and/or building or location restrictions will apply to all persons on the trial premises. This is a SMOKE-FREE BUILDING. Outside exercise area is provided... failure to pick up after your dog may result in being asked to leave the trial with no refund of entry fees.
