2 NOTICE TO ALL EXHIBITORS... SEVERAL CHANGES have been made to this year's premium list. You are advised to read it carefully and follow all the instructions. The AKC has stated that NO ENTRIES are to be accepted WITHOUT SIGNATURES. Please be sure to sign your entry form and provide correct information. Separate entry forms are available for Conformation, Obedience and Rally. Please use the correct entry form! If you are entering via PayPal, there is a $2.50 per dog/per event handling fee. (i.e., a dog entered in both Conformation and Rally will require an additional $5.00/per day.) ALL PAYMENTS for ENTRIES are to be made payable to ANN AKERILL, not the individual clubs. Please pay particular attention to the mailing address as well. Also, dinner reservations are to be made payable to Overlake Collie Club and submitted with the form provided no later than Feb. 16, Make sure your check is filled out correctly and your amounts are correct. Feel free to call Judy Marvel if you need help determining what amount to send! If you have provided us with your address, you will receive your acknowledgement via . This is in an attempt to keep costs down for our clubs which keeps the cost of your entries down. The Show Committee or their designee reserves the right to limit access to grooming set up to club members between 4-5 p.m. on Thursday, Feb 21, 2019 for ring set up. Any disagreements regarding grooming space set up will be arbitrated by the show giving club or their designee which may include re-assignment of disputed grooming space. Non-Regular Breed Classes Involving Multiple Dog Entries Friday, Saturday a.m., & Saturday p.m. shows Brace: A brace is defined as two dogs of the same recognized breed or variety that are similar in appearance, performing in unison, and presented by a maximum of two handlers. Both dogs competing in brace competition must have at least one common owner. EXHIBITOR RULE CHANGE EFFECTIVE 01/01/2010 Chapter 11, Section 1. No dog shall be exhibited in a licensed or member dog show, except for dogs entered in the Miscellaneous Class unless it is either individually registered in the AKC Stud Book, or individually registered with a foreign registry organization whose pedigrees are acceptable for AKC registration. JUNIOR SHOWMANSHIP CLASSIFICATION FRIDAY, 2/22/19 & SATURDAY a.m. 2/23/19 - Collie Club of Washington offers the following Junior Showmanship Classes: Novice Class: For boys and girls at least 9 and under 18 years of age on the day of the show who, at the time entries close, have not won three (3) first place awards, with competition present, in a Novice Class at a licensed or member show. 9

Master Class: For boys and girls at least 9 and under 18 years of age on the day of the show and who have won ten (10) first place wins in an Open Class, with competition, to be eligible to enter the Limited Class Competition. The calendar for this class will be November 1-October 31 of the following year. All juniors meeting the criteria for this class are required to enter the Master Class and may change their entry the day of the show if entries have already closed. Once the eligibility time frame for that year has passed, all participants return to the Open Class to compete for the following year. Best Junior Handler: Winners from each class will compete for Best Junior Handler. Classes will be divided by age and sex. All entries in the sweepstakes must also be entered in a Regular Class at this show. Sweepstakes will exclude AKC regular competition major point winners and AKC Champions of Record. Entry fee is $21 for each dog and entries shall be made at the same time and on the same entry forms as for the Regular Classes.
