Open, Utility B 499 Sergeantsville Rd., Flemington, NJ ENTRY FEES Entry Fee for each Entry $30.00 Additional entries of the same dog... $28.00 Novice A & Beginner Novice A... $15.00 A RECORDING FEE of $0.50 will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial or Tracking Test. A $3.00 Service Fee is required for each entry of any dog entered in these shows. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the show, the Recording Fee is to be collected on the first entry only. (American Kennel Club Rule, Chapter 11, Section 2). In classes where there are jumps, entries will be by jump heights, Highest to Lowest. RIBBON PRIZES Regular Classes First prize... Teal & Black Rosette Note: A qualifying score is required for all prizes and awards in the Regular Obedience Classes. An exhibitor whose dog wins an obedience award must be present to accept the award when it is presented. In case of a tie for any prize, any dog that is not present for a run-off forfeits the right to the prize

4 OBEDIENCE TRIAL CLASSES Regular Classes (Both days) Novice A & B Open A & B Utility A & B Optional Titling Classes Saturday - Beginner Novice A & B -- Graduate Novice Graduate Open Sunday Beginner Novice A & B --Preferred Novice Preferred Open Preferred Utility UDX Class (Dogs entered in this class will be entered in both OB & UB. Once the limit has been reached in either of these classes, the UDX class will be considered closed and any subsequent entries for this class will be unacceptable in their entirety. Entry fees must be paid for both classes.) The walls will be up between the rings. OBEDIENCE TRIAL TROPHIES (Both Days) A qualifying score is required for all prizes. Dog refers to either sex. Prizes must be claimed on the day of the Trial. Prizes not claimed become the property of CRDTC. HIGHEST SCORING DOG IN TRIAL: Dog Supply Gift Card HIGHEST SCORING DOG IN OPEN B & UTILITY COMBINED: Dog Supply Gift Card For all Regular Classes the following awards are offered by CRDTC: First Place through Fourth Place in all classes: Dog Toy NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS (Both Shows) CONDITIONAL, UNSIGNED, INCOMPLETE, TELEPHONE, OR TELEGRAPH entries cannot be accepted. ENTRIES NOT ON OFFICIAL AKC ENTRY FORMS or photocopies of entry forms without the agreement and rules on the reverse side of the Official AKC entry forms are NOT ACCEPTABLE. THE CLUB AND ITS SHOW SECRETARY ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY for wrong or incomplete information given on the entry blank by the owner or agent of the owner. This Club and its Show Secretary assume no responsibility for the owner or owner s agent entering a dog twice or in a class for which the dog is ineligible to compete. ENTRY FEES will not be refunded in event of errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date, nor in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, sick, lame, or excused by the Veterinarian or Judge or barred from competition by the Bench Show Committee, or because the dog is ineligible to compete because it is incorrectly entered. If because of riot, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open the show, no refund of entry fee(s) will be made. Extreme weather conditions, such as but not limited to

5 snow storms, hurricanes, lightning, extreme heat, must be considered for the health and safety of the dogs, judges, exhibitors and spectators. The well being of dogs and participants is of paramount importance and in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the show before completion, no refund of entry fee will be made. CONFIRMATION OF ENTRY & JUDGING SCHEDULE will be sent to the address on the AKC entry form after the closing date. If an exhibitor has not received a copy of the Judging Schedule the Show Secretary should be contacted. Prinsutt1@verizon.net DOGS NEED TO BE AT THE SHOW only at scheduled time of judging and may leave immediately thereafter, unless required for further judging. DOGS MUST BE READY FOR JUDGING. Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or their agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring. CLOSING DATE for entries 3:00 PM, Wednesday, October 31, 2018 (at Secretary s Home) after which time entries cannot be accepted, canceled or substituted except as provided for in Chapter 11, Section 6 of the Dog Show Rules. POST DATED CHECKS AND RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Secretary will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Subsequently returned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis. CANADIAN exhibitors must make fees payable in U.S. FUNDS. Please mail checks or money orders with entries. Secretary assumes no responsibility for cash sent through the mail. BITCHES IN SEASON: A refund will be made for a bitch that comes into season after the Closing Date, provided that the request is accompanied by a Veterinarian s certificate and is received by the Trial Secretary prior to the start of judging. CRATING & WARM-UP AREAS: No chairs will be permitted in the crating & warm-up areas due to space limitations. BECAUSE ENTRY SERVICES DO NOT SEND ENTRIES TO THE SHOW SECRETARY UNTIL JUST BEFORE CLOSING, IT WOULD BE BEST NOT TO USE THEM TO MAKE ENTRIES AT A SHOW THAT HAS A LIMITED ENTRY.
