Qualifying scores required for all regular class obedience prizes. The German Shepherd Dog Club of America, Inc., offers a Bronze Medallion for High Combined Score in Obedience Open B and Utility B GSD or Highest Scoring GSD if no High Combined qualifier. 6 Notice to Exhibitors 1. Entries Close at 6:00 PM MST, February 6, 2019 after which time entries cannot be accepted, canceled, changed or substituted, except as provided for in Chapter 11 Section 6 of the Dog Show Rules, and no entry fees will be refunded. There will be a $2.00 fee charged for cancellation of an entry prior to the closing of entries. 2. Entries not on Official AKC Forms or photocopies of entry forms without the agreement and rules on the reverse side of the Official AKC entry form are not acceptable. Entry Form must show the name of the Club and the date of show. 3. Dogs need be present only for their judging. Dogs not needed for further judging may be removed from the show grounds. 4. It is advised that owners and agents be familiar with the Agreement on the reverse side of the entry form. 5. To transfer a dog from one of the regular classes to the next level in competition requires that the owner or agent notify the Show Secretary at least one half hour prior to the judging of the first class at this show. 6. The entry forms in this premium list may be used for both shows. Please check the appropriate box of the show/shows you wish to enter your dog. This eliminates the need to fill out two entry forms for one dog. THERE ARE SEPERATE ENTRY FORMS FOR OBEDIENCE AND RALLY PLEASE NOTE: CONFIRMATION OF ENTRIES WILL BE SENT VIA SO BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR ADDRESS WITH THE ENTRY. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN AD- DRESS YOUR CONFIRMATION WILL BE MAILED. Please make sure that entries are legible.
