Therefore, entries for each judge assigned to specific classes in obedience will be closed when 7 hours of judging has been reached. RALLY: Limited to 60 entries per trial. Dark Green Ribbon A new title Rosette will be given for all dogs finishing a title at these trials. In addition to the ribbons listed above, the Mayflower Club will award gift certificates to the owner of the Highest Scoring Dog in Regular Classes and the owner of the dog with the Highest Combined Score in Regular Classes. A special ribbon and a silver plate with the club logo will be awarded to the High Scoring Corgi in Regular Classes. Placement ribbons will be awarded to Corgis in each obedience class. In each rally trial, a Corgi themed wine glass will be awarded to the winners of the high combined and high triple scores. Placement ribbons will be given for qualifying Corgis in each class. Note: A qualifying score is required for all prizes and awards in the regular classes, preferred classes, optional titling classes, and all rally classes. Winners must be present to win any prize. 4 Jump heights will be in descending order for Trial NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS Transfers [move ups] are permitted by giving notice to the Trial Secretary no later than one-half hour before Rally judging begins. OBEDIENCE ENTRY FEES: First entry of each dog $31.00 Second entry of the same dog... $24.00 Third Entry of the same dog $15.00 Brace &, Team Class unit fee... $24.00 (includes $.50 AKC recording fee each dog & $3.00 event service fee on each entry) RALLY ENTRY FEES: First entry of each dog...$31.00 Second entry of the same dog... $24.00 Third Entry of the same dog $15.00 (includes $3.50 AKC fee per first entry & $3.00 for each additional entry) Separate entry forms must be submitted for each dog in Brace, Rally Pairs and Rally Team. However, there is only one fee for the unit. All entry forms for these classes should be submitted together. Additional entries must be in the same event Obedience and each Rally Trial are different events. First and additional entries must also be on the same day to take additional entry discount. BITCHES IN SEASON A refund of entries fees (minus AKC fees for each entry and a $5 administrative fee) will be made for a bitch that comes into season after the closing date, provided that the request is accompanied by a Veterinarian s certificate and is received by the Trial Secretary prior to the start of judging on the trial day. Proceed on Route 140 South for approximately 1 mile. Take a right onto Fisher Street, and proceed until you reach the railroad tracks. MasterPeace Dog Training is the second building on the left look for the large red sign. Very Important note: If you are coming from the south on 495 N, and choose to take Exit 16 according to MapQuest: DO NOT TAKE Sugarbeet off of Union. It is a dead-end that does not cut through to Fisher. Instead, pass by Sugarbeet and take the next left off of Union, which is McCarthy; that will take you through to Fisher

ENTRIES NOT ON OFFICIAL AKC ENTRY FORMS or photocopies of entry forms without the agreement and rules on the reverse side of the Official AKC entry forms are NOT ACCEPTABLE. THE CLUB AND ITS SHOW SECRETARY ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY for wrong or incomplete information given on the entry blank by the owner or agent of the owner. This Club and its Show Secretary assume no responsibility for the owner or owner s agent entering a dog twice or in a class for which the dog is ineligible to compete. FEES MUST ACCOMPANY ENTRIES. ENTRY FEES will not be refunded in event of errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date, nor in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, sick, lame, or excused by the Veterinarian or Judge or barred from competition by the Bench Show Committee, or because the dog is ineligible to compete because it is incorrectly entered. If because of riot, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open the show, no refund of entry fee(s) will be made. Extreme weather conditions, such as but not limited to snow storms, hurricanes, lightning, extreme heat, must be considered for the health and safety of the dogs, judges, exhibitors and spectators. The well being of dogs and participants is of paramount importance and in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the show before completion, no refund of entry fee will be made. DOGS NEED TO BE AT THE SHOW only at scheduled time of judging and may leave immediately thereafter, unless required for further judging. DOGS MUST BE READY FOR JUDGING. Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or their agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring. CLOSING DATE for entries is 3:00 PM, Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2017 (at Secretary s address) after which time entries cannot be accepted, cancelled or substituted except as provided for in Chapter 11, Section 6 of the Dog Show Rules. A RECORDING FEE of $0.50 is required for each dog entered, a Service Fee of $3.00 will be required for each entry of any dog at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial, Rally Trial or Tracking Test. These Fees are to be collected by the Show giving Club and paid to the American Kennel Club. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the show, the Recording Fee is to be collected on the first entry only (American Kennel Club Rule, Chapter 11, Section 2). (These fees are included in the entry fee.) POST-DATED CHECKS AND RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Secretary will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Subsequently returned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis. 6 DOGS MAY ARRIVE any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. DOGS NOT REQUIRED for further judging will be excused. THE SHOW COMMITTEE/SECRETARY will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, nor assume any liability in the event of an accident or misfortune to either dogs or exhibitors participating in this show. CONFIRMATION OF ENTRY & JUDGING SCHEDULE will be sent to the address on the Official AKC entry form after the closing date. If an exhibitor has not received a copy of the Judging Schedule the Show Secretary should be contacted. If you want to know if an entry was received or made the cut off for its class, send the Trial Secretary an at seabreez13@hotmail.com Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians' recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations. CREDIT CARD AND FAX ENTRIES: For credit card entries call Showtime Entry Service or you may fax entries with credit card information to ** Note that there will be a charge added to your credit card of $7.00 for each dog and each show entered** * CRATING * PARKING * ONLY DOGS ENTERED IN THE TRIAL ARE ALLOWED IN THE FACILITY. DOGS MAY NOT BE LEFT IN THE BUILDING OVERNIGHT, BEFORE OR AFTER THE TRIAL. CRATING SPACE IS TIGHT. Crating area and personal chair space will be limited. Please crate carefully and efficiently, and follow the instructions of the stewards. Crates must be broken down for facility cleaning on Saturday but may be left in the building. PARKING WILL BE TIGHT. Please park carefully and efficiently, and follow the instructions of the parking attendant. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE AND PICK UP WHEN EXERCISING YOUR DOGS!
