All 4-H members with animal projects must participate in Showmanship and Grooming/Fitting classes, if offered, to be eligible for type classes at Roundup unless they obtain permission to be excused for school classes or further education. Rabbit breeds and colors will be the same as Department 12. Please list Departments 12 and 19 on separate entry forms. All animal entries MUST be entered in the Fair Entry Program by Friday, July 13, The Fair website will have a link to the Fair Entry Program. Follow the instructions to log in to enter your animals. Returning exhibitor: 1 New Exhibitor account: t/2251 The Hold Harmless exhibitor statement, IAFE National Code of Show Ring Ethics and VCPR statement must be agreed to on-line when making entries. Once all entries are completed for each individual department, print out the Animal Entry Payment 209

2 Confirmation and mail it with a check payable to the Crawford County Fair to the respective Department Chairman. Entries will not be officially accepted by the Department Chairmen until payment is received. Deadline: Postmarked by Friday, July 20, NOTE: There is no additional entry fee for 4-H Departments; only for Open Departments. Check-in times are Saturday, August 18, and Sunday, August 19, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. All 4-H Rabbits must be in place by 11:00 AM Sunday. All entries must be removed between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM on Sunday, August 26, The Fair Veterinarian, Dr. Nicole Drummond, is responsible for supervising checking in animals onto the Fairgrounds and has the final word on removal of animals from the grounds for health reasons. If a Veterinarian is needed for any other medical reason, you as the exhibitor, are responsible for all treatment costs incurred. Small animal, rabbit and poultry, dress-up contest will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2018, at 5:00 PM in front of the Rabbit Barn. Animal must have been previously exhibited in Rabbit and Poultry. Rabbit Hopping will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 3:00 PM following the Auction in the Youth Show Arena. Rabbits must have been previously exhibited. SECTION 1 RABBIT BREEDS Div. 1.
