Southlanders (South of Queenstown): 30% off entry fees & free camping. Entry fee discount does not include stable/pen fees, ground fees, catalogues etc. Convenor: D Bain Conditions: Penning of birds from 4pm Tuesday 13 November. Only hard grain to be fed to birds on penning (supplied). Birds must remain penned until 5.30pm Friday 17 November. No birds must be handled during the Show. Prize cards will be awarded to 1st - 3rd place getters. Best of Group and Reserve Best of Group will be awarded ribbons. New Zealand South Island Poultry, Pigeon & Cage Bird Association give a certificate and $10 prize to Grand Champion Exhibit. Mainfeeds kindly sponsor feed for Poultry at the Show.
