The sale theme is exclusive to a bred heifer offering. Our own Glenn Norton conversed and brainstormed many times with Lonnie, Karen & Nathan Brown as to how to start a female sale. One of the ideas that colllectively came up was to include some regional breeders that also are seeing success in the Northern Alberta bull market. The great advantage here (or problem), was dealing with two breeds and who to invite? In the end, an excellent set of bred heifers will sell in the comfortable Lone Stone Farms Sale Facility on December 1st and both the Red Angus and Simmental breeds will have a valid promotional day respectively presented to the beef cattle business. She has plenty of milk and her bag has held up. From our experience, Envoy daughters have plenty of milk and the bags look to be holding their shape. We have been in the purebred Simmental business since the mid 80s. We mostly focus on selling bulls off the farm by private treaty. If you re in the cattle business and you take your cattle very serious then look no further. These two girls were plucked from the top of our program. Full sisters on paper, and they are flat out good. Stemming from our top cow family. These two are big time heifers who made a lot of friends this summer. The H104 cow has forever made her mark on our program. If I could only use one word to describe this cow family it would be CONSISTENCY and it shows with these two. These meticulously bred females are no surprise. Sired by the Bluechip bull reaps even more consistency; compare them with their sister 339 and you will see what I mean! Both are big topped, big footed, possess great skulls and bone structure and very well mannered. They both have the potential to become big time donor females in any program. Neither of these two should be leaving the yard, but we wanted to showcase our best, and that s exactly what we are doing. Her dam is sired by our Goliath bull (whom is a full brother to the $36,000 Irene II 801P cow). Sprinkle in some Metro and I m not sure what I would change on her. There will be a 3% administration fee on all VISA or Mastercard purchases applied to the buyer s invoice. The right of property shall not pass until after settlement is made. Transcon Livestock Corp. reserves the right to require a certified cheque as settlement before releasing any sale cattle. Should any purchaser fail to settle for his purchase Transcon Livestock Corp. reserves full power to resell the animal to the best advantage either publicly or privately, without further notice.
