24 Quality Assurance Score Sheet In the quality assurance portion of the Livestock Skill-a-thon you will be asked to read a medicine label, calculate withdrawal times, complete a treatment record, make responsible management decisions regarding quality assurance with a given scenario, or complete a quality assurance hands-on activity. Use the space below to record your answers and responses. Be sure to clearly label your answers so that they are graded accurately. The quality assurance portion is worth 10 points.

26 Evaluation Score Sheet In the evaluation portion of the Livestock Skill-a-thon you will be given a class of beef, sheep, swine, or goats to evaluate or given a scenario or questions to answer related to a set of animals. Use the space below to record your responses. Be sure clearly label your answers so that they will be accurately graded. The evaluation section is worth 5 points.

27 Equipment I.D. Score Sheet In the equipment I.D. portion of the Livestock Skill-a-thon you will be asked to identify equipment used in the livestock industries, or asked to answer questions/scenarios about the equipment. You will be given either pictures of equipment or real equipment for this portion. The equipment I.D. section is worth 10 points

28 Technology Score Sheet In the technology portion of the Livestock Skill-a-thon you will use the NCBA Redbook Excel Program found on the computer at the technology station to answer questions related to herd management. This section can be completed at any time during the contest, but teams are limited to 20 minutes at this station. The technology section is worth 10 points
