TRAILERS/TENTING WELCOME (no hookups) ON SITE $30/Day (to be paid on arrival) TRIAL SITE Trial will be held outside at the Beaumont Ag Grounds TRIAL EQUIPMENT Equipment available for the trial will include A- Frame, Dogwalk, Teeter, 24 Weave Poles, Broad Jump, Ascending Spread Jump, Double Bar Jump, Tire (Breakaway), Non Wing Single Jumps, Winged Single Jumps, Flexible Tunnels, Chute, Table, Wall Jump (Contacts are rubberized). PRIZES Ribbons for 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd and 4 th place and qualifying ribbons availeble in each height category There are also special Rosettes for those achieving significant milestones in their AAC journey. STEEPLECHASE MONEY ROUNDS There will be special money awards for the Top Mini Dog And Top Maxi Dog in EACH of our Steeplechase Rounds!

3 VOLUNTEER AWARD We could not run these trials without your help! Sign up sheets allow volunteers to sign up for their favourite jobs. We will have a volunteer draw at the end of the day for a special prize! AGILITY CLASS DESCRIPTIONS Standard Classes These classes are open to all dogs, 18 months of age or older, as described within the current AAC rules. Special Classes These classes are open to all dogs but are intended for dogs that are of a size or stature that limits their jumping ability. Veterans Classes These classes are for dogs seven years of age or older that are currently competing in any Standard Agility Class and for dogs five years of age or older who have competed in the Specials Agility Class for a minimum of 1 calendar year. Junior Classes These classes are for handlers up to and including 17 years of age on the date of the trial. FOOD SERVICES There will be a snack concession on site. There are also a number of culinary options in Beaumont, a few short minutes away, including Tim Hortons, A & W, Subway, MacDonalds and more. SUPPORT YOUR NATIONAL TEAM! On the Premium list there is an option to add a donation of x amount to the AAC National Team. All money collected goes directly to the National team, to help in their efforts to represent Canada at the IFCS World Agility Championships. Please consider donating, even a dollar helps the cause! NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS Exhibitors, through submission of entry, acknowledge that they are knowledgeable of the rules and regulations of the AAC, including but not limited to the following: This event is held under AAC Rules and Regulations and is open to all dogs being at least 18 months of age, pure breed or mixed breed, except bitches in season, aggressive dogs, or dogs suffering from any deformity or illness which may affect the dog s physical or mental performance. Obstacles shall be chosen from those described in the current edition of the rules and regulations of the AAC and shall conform to AAC specification. No leads, collars, food, toys or any other aids or devices shall be permitted on the course at any time. It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and / or children. Any exhibitor whose dogs and / or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may be asked to leave tle show grounds and NO REFUND of fees shall be given. All dogs must be penned, crated or on leash when not in the ring. All dogs must be under control when exiting the ring. Any dog engaging in aggressive or out of control behavior upon exit of the ring may be disqualified and / or required to leave the show grounds and NO REFUND of fees shall be given. Exhibitors MUST keep crate and exercise areas clean. Please clean up after yourselves and your dogs. Anyone who does not clean up after themselves or their dogs may be required to leave the show grounds and no refund will be given. There will be no refunds, cancellations or changes after the closing date, except for bitches in season or injured dogs providing the trial secretary is informed prior to the trial date and a certificate from a veterinarian is provided.
