Entries accepted in the order recieved until the limit reached, or until August 23, If the entry limit is not reached, day of test entries will be accepted on site. Entry fees (per run): $10 (pre-registered, $12 (day of test entries) Permission has been granted by the Barn Hunt Asociation, LLC for the holding of this fun test under BHA Rules and Regulations.

For detailed directions, including photos, see The Barn Hunt Fun Test will be held in the large training classroom. Please park in the lot near the classroom entrances, not at the daycare entrance. From I-495 Take 495 to exit 30 and turn left (Rt 2A/110 West). Follow 2A/110 West about 1.5 miles. You will pass St. Anne's Catholic Church and a Shell gas station. Stay forward (bearing right) at the light. Before you pass the gravel company, turn right onto Distribution Center Drive. Gemini's driveway is on the right. From Route 2 Take Route 2 to exit 39 (Taylor Street) and head toward Littleton. Go approximately one mile and turn right at the stop sign. Go over the train tracks and turn left at the stoplight onto Ayer Road (Route 2A West). Before you pass the gravel company, turn right onto Distribution Center Drive. Volunteering is also a great way to learn more about the sport, and to watch dogs working in the ring. The following opportunities will be available throughout the day: Gate Steward, Staging Steward, Rat Wrangler, Leash Runner, Scribe, Sheet Runner. Thanks for your help FOOD AND BEVERAGES There will be no food vendor on site, but the location is a few miles away from several fast food restaurants and pizza/sub shops. EXHIBITOR INFORMATION All entries must be accompanied by entry fees to be valid. A returned check does not constitute a valid entry. There will be a $50 fee for all returned checks. No entries will be taken over the phone or electronically. Make check payable to Lucky Dog Events. Send entries & fees to the trial secretary. Exhibitors are responsible for complete, accurate, and legible information on the entry forms. Illegible or incomplete entries cannot be entered into the show. A BHA registration number is not required to enter a Barn Hunt Fun Test. Owners or handlers entering dogs in a trial do so at their own risk and agree to assume responsibility for damage caused by them, or by their dogs and hold the trial club and Barn Hunt Association harmless for any injury sustained by their dog or by a person during the trial. By

3 entering a trial, owners attest that they have read, understand, and will abide by, all Barn Hunt rules. It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dog(s) and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dog(s) and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the show committee, be asked to leave the show site. In that case, no refund of any fees paid will be made. No entry fees will be refunded if the event cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, Act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strike, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizers. A withdrawal from the test after the closing date due to injury and/or illness to the dog will be eligible for a refund of 75% of the total entry fee paid. A letter from your veterinarian is required. All requests for refunds must be received, in writing, by the secretary by September 5, Bitches in Season (BIS) may participate in the fun test, subject to compliance with BHA requirements. Owners of BIS should make their condition known to the Trial Secretary prior to arrival at all possible, notify a committee member upon arrival at the fun test, and inform the judge during the briefing. BIS must wear appropriate pants/britches at all times when not being pottied, including on the course. Owners of BIS should crate/confine their dogs away from traffic and other dogs, should post dog in season signs on their crate/in their area, and potty the dog away from other competitors. At the discretion of the host, a separate area may be designated for BIS for pottying purposes. Failure to notify the club and fellow competitors of a BIS results in a disqualification and dismissal from show grounds. The safety of the dogs is our primary concern. By entering this trial, exhibitors acknowledge that they are familiar with the rules and regulations of this sport, and that their dogs are familiar with and able to perform required elements safely. Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused, or barred from the competition by action of the show committee. DINOS (reactive dogs) are welcome and will be accommodated at this event. All reactive dogs (DINOS) should wear a red bandana. ALL dog owners are responsible for appropriate management of their dogs at this event. Please do not allow your dog to approach another dog without the owner's permission. No dogs permitted off leash at any time other than when in the ring. Dogs must be on a 6 ft (or shorter) leash. No flexi leads, choke collars, e-collars, or prong collars allowed anywhere on the property. No smoking anywhere on facility grounds. Pick up after your dogs and dispose of waste in the appropriate containers outside the building. You may crate outdoors or work out of your car. There is limited shade on site--bring adequate shade, cooling, and water for yourself and your dog(s). Dogs must be secured in crates or in your vehicle when unattended. At no time should dogs be tied out or otherwise left attached to something other than a human. Any exhibitor deemed by the Event Committee to be in violation of club or BHA rules (whether published online, included in the premium or announced at the event), may be excused without benefit of refund and asked to leave the grounds.
