1 Thank you for your interest in Vigilante Griffons - home of hunting Wirehaired Pointing Griffons. We look forward to working with you and placing a versatile hunting companion in your home. Please read the information below to reserve a puppy with us. Reserving a Wirehaired Pointing Griffon Puppy To place a hold on a pup, the following items are required: Contact us via phone or so we can discuss our breeding program and determine if our pups will be a good fit for your home. Complete this reservation form specifying which gender and hunting/field abilities you prefer. Send a deposit of $250 (which goes toward the final price and is non-refundable once you are placed on our reservation list). If we are not able to place a pup in your home, your deposit will be refunded, or you can opt to be put on a wait list for the next available litter. Once we have received your reservation form, we will you to confirm that your deposit was received and verify your gender preference, and to the best of our ability the litter/picking order of your pup that is reserved. We will notify you after whelping, if the gender of the pup you reserved was whelped. Please feel free to contact us with any and all questions you have. Or visit our website and facebook page for updates on the pups. Please keep in mind that the deposit is non-refundable once you are placed on our reservation list, so please, do your research and make sure that a Vigilante Griffon pup is what you want. Also, keep in mind that Vigilante Griffons cannot adhere to your timeframes to receive a pup as we cannot control Mother Nature. Pricing We strive to place our pups in homes that want a hunting/working dog and are willing to wait for the right pup. We will not place pups in homes that are trying to get the quickest pup available. Our pricing is firm at $1,250 per pup and any balance will be due at the time of pickup. Shipping: Due to the timing of the 2017 litter (summer) no airlines will be willing to carry a puppy in a cargo hold. You may carry-on a pup with you on various airlines, however Vigilante Griffons will not be responsible or shipping a pup from this litter. pg. 1

2 By sending a deposit you show you are serious about owning a Vigilante Griffon and you will be assured a place in the pick. A personal check, money order or cashier s check are accepted. NO credit cards accepted. Evaluation Program We feel that the evaluation program gives you a chance to own the type of Wirehaired Pointing Griffon you desire. The success of our puppy evaluation program varies by litter. We offer it to ensure our clients receive a pup with the desired natural talents. We will not ship a pup, or schedule a pickup if your pup doesn't pass our puppy program and demonstrate a strong natural hunting instinct (if that is your preference). Our pups are sold primarily as gun dogs, to families with active lifestyles, not as breeding stock. Vigilant Griffons does not sell dogs with breeding rights. In the event that the owner wishes to breed their dog, evidence of a AKC Junior Hunter title and a passing score on the NAVHDA Natural Ability Test and a OFA certificate showing no evidence of hip dysplasia needs to be sent to Vigilante Griffons. This in addition to a $ fee to file paperwork to open the registration with NAVHDA and the AKC for breeding. 4 Purchase Agreement I, (Name) agree to the information on this form indicates our desired Wirehaired Pointing Griffon preference and agree to the information contained in this form by sending a non-refundable deposit that we will be reserving a Vigilante Griffon puppy if it meets our needs as described above. Signature: Date: New Owner Agreement Information Health Guarantee All Vigilante Griffon puppies come with a health guarantee. The parents have been health tested and evaluated to produce healthy offspring. The puppies will have tails docked, dew claws removed, and be given age appropriate vaccinations and worming medications. All pups will be sent to new homes with a veterinary report and be free of any medical conditions. Our puppies come with a 14 month health guarantee that he or she will be free from fatal genetic defects and hip dysplasia. Any diagnosis of a fatal genetic defect or hip dysplasia needs to be certified by a veterinarian and sent to Vigilante Griffons for verification by a veterinarian of our choosing. In the event there is a diagnosis of a fatal genetic defect or hip dysplasia, Vigilante Griffons will provide a full refund or replacement puppy from a future litter. Once you have possession of your new puppy, it is your responsibility to have your pup evaluated by your veterinarian. If a dog must be returned to Vigilante Griffons for rehoming and transportation costs will be paid by owner. Commitment The owner is encouraged to contact Vigilante Griffons if the puppy is needed to be rehomed. We are committed to all of our dogs and would be happy to work with you to place them in the best environment possible. We have access to resources for finding homes based on the individual dogs needs and would not want to see a pup end up in a shelter or in a place that does not serve their needs best.
