You are REQUIRED to get a second opinion from another Vet clinic. Breeders Vet will also check the pup/dog. Breeder will need to speak to your vet over the phone or breeders Vet will need to speak to your Vet over the phone. I want to be fair with everyone but will not be taken advantage of while doing so. Our Guarantee, Payment, Terms, and Conditions Our pups are older because they are spayed and neutered before going to their new homes. Older pups can come in heat at any point and if so then the HEAT cycle last 3 full weeks. After the heat cycle is over and it's safe to spay then the spay surgery is Booked with breeders " regular vet ". After every spay and neuter surgery there is a 10 DAY healing period for the dog/pup that all buyers agree to. AGAIN there is " NO WAY " any buyer can pick up an UNALTERED DOG from breeder EVER. Breeder is FIRM on this and will never be bullied into letting a dog/pup leave unaltered for any reason. ALL buyers are made aware. If a pup/dog goes into heat after you have paid a deposit then you AGREE that you will have to wait until the heat cycle is OVER before the pup will be spayed. Then the pup will be booked for surgery. After surgery you AGREE to the 10 day healing period. IF for some reason you don't want to wait for pup/dog to become ready then you forfeit ALL PAYMENTS OR DEPOSITS. Teacup and the smaller Shih Tzu take longer to get ready.

2 NOTE: Breeder does NOT sell young puppies. Young puppies stress and come off their food when changing homes and this can be deadly. IF you back out of the sale for ANY reason then you forfeit ALL PAYMENTS OR DEPOSITS. Breeder will NOT allow buyer to pick up a dog unaltered even if Buyers claims they will get their own vet to fix the dog/pup. Breeder will not tolerate any form of abuse from a buyer. Buyers are expected to behave in a civil manner and if not then buyer forfeits ALL PAYMENTS OR DEPOSITS. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, i.e.: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee. Coccidiosis is caused by stress and not covered in this Guarantee and is VERY treatable. The breeder does not guarantee adult size, color, and temperament. ALL hernias: All Hernia repairs do not warrant replacement puppy as it is not life threatening & in no way interferes with quality of life of the puppy. Small Hernia's are Common in the Shih Tzu breed. Warrantee does not cover umbilical hernias or delayed closures which are quite common in this breed and are not life threatening. These do not affect the quality or health of the puppy and can be easily repaired during spay/neuter. This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements. IMPORTANT PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ! We accept half of the original agreed upon price as a deposit to hold any puppy. The buyer agrees to have the puppy paid for in full by 10 weeks of age. Puppies older than 10 weeks must be paid for in full. We do not accept deposits on any puppies older than 10 weeks of age only full payment. Failure to have your puppy paid by 10 for in full by 10 weeks old forfeits any and all monies paid towards the agreed upon puppy. Changing your mind or any personal situations that may arise causing you not to be able to fulfill the contract forfeits any and all monies paid on this agreed upon.
