To match you with the perfect puppy, please answer the following questions to the best of your ability. There is no perfect answer to these questions. 2 Do you plan on moving in the near future? Which litter(s) are you interested in? Why a Great Dane? Have you ever owned a Great Dane? Do you understand that a Great Dane puppy will have a high energy level until at least 1 year of age and up to 3 years of age? Are you prepared for the energetic and curious nature that the puppy stage of this giant breed offers? What do you expect the activity level of this breed to be once maturity is reached: very high, high, moderate, below average? Do you plan to attend any training classes? Will the puppy be an inside dog? Where will the puppy be kept during the day? Where will the puppy be kept during the night? Is anyone home during the day? How many hours on the average will your puppy be left alone? Where will your puppy stay while inside, if you are not available to watch him/her? How many hours a day will your puppy be kept outside?

3 Do you have a fenced yard, suitable pen, or electric fencing? If no, how will your puppy be confined when he is outside? Do you have any other pets? If yes, how many? What energy levels are your current pets? Do you have any children? If you were to have an expected or unexpected child during any phase of the life of your new Great Dane would you feel the need to find him/her a new home? If so, why? Does anyone in your household have allergies to animals? Are you interested in a male or female? If the litter of your choice does not produce a puppy of the desired sex, then would you still be interested in a puppy of the opposite sex if available? If the litter of your choice does not produce the desired puppy, would you be interested in a puppy from an alternate liter? If so, state your requirements, if any. (ie. sex or color) What type of temperament are you looking for in your puppy? (list from most important to least important.) Example: Size, Conformation, solid color, temperament, etc. Will you want your puppy shipped or will you be picking up your puppy? Do you plan on showing? Do you plan on breeding? Are you interested in limited or full registration? Do you understand the difference between a limited registration and a full registration?

4 Have you ever returned a pet to the breeder? If so, what were the circumstances? Have you ever given a pet away? If so, what were the circumstances? Have you ever taken a pet to a shelter or pound? If so, what were the circumstances? Have you ever had a behavior problem in one of your pets? What was it? How did you handle it? Do you agree to keep the dog on heartworm and flea preventative throughout the entire life of the pet? Do you agree to keep the dog on a high quality dog food formulated for large breeds its entire life? Great Danes cannot eat puppy food. Great Danes should be on a low protein, low phosphorus and low calcium diet. Prices will vary based on color, sex, limited registration and full registration. Do you understand that you may never sell or find a new home for the adult if the placement does not work for any reason he/she will come back to me, with no money returned? If puppy/adult has to be returned to me, no fees will be returned, transportation of puppy or adult becomes your responsibility. Puppy must be returned to current home in Forest City, NC. Payment must be made for said puppy, 7 days prior to scheduled pickup. Generally a puppy is picked up at 8 weeks of age. Due to workdays/weekends, a puppy may be picked up on the weekend due to conflicting schedules. However, if said puppy is ready for pickup on a Thursday, the upcoming weekend still does not work a $10 a day late fee will be added for late pickups. The late fee will be paid in cash upon pickup of said puppy. If another set of vaccines are administered during this time, you will be responsible for any cost. INITIAL

THIS DEPOSIT IS NONREFUNDABLE, HOWEVER THE DEPOSIT WILL BE HELD FOR AN UPCOMING LITTER, IF SAID PUPPY IS NOT PRODUCED. IF AT ANY TIME, AFTER CHOOSING A PUPPY, YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND, DEPOSIT WILL BE NONREFUNDABLE AND WILL NOT BE HELD FOR A NEXT UPCOMING LITTER.
