No other commerical video recording, video recording from a tripod mounted camera or any video recording of large segments of the show will be permitted. The Portuguese Water Dog Club of America, Inc. retains all rights to photograph or videotape by any means, and televise or reproduce this event in any way, now, and in the future HOTEL INFO - CROWNE PLAZA HOTEL 801 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick, RI 02886! There is a PWDCA policy limit of one room per household/name. Violators of this policy will have all rooms over one cancelled by the Specialty Committee.! A $75.00 non-refundable pet fee is required at check in for rooms with dogs. Maximum of four (4) dogs per room.! Guests with dogs will be required to sign the PWDCA Pet Policy at Check-in.! All dogs must be crated when left in the room. No grooming or bathing of dogs will be permitted in any hotel room.! Owners/handlers must pick up after their dogs and not allow their dogs to relieve themselves in any landscaped areas.! Excessive barking and noise will be dealt with as provided for by AKC Code of Sportmanship.! Dogs left in locked cars will be dealt with per local ordinances and exhibitors/individuals putting dogs at risk or harm will be dealt with accordingly. Portuguese Water Dog Exhibitors and Fanciers have an excellent history of maintaining their Specialty Headquarters and Show Site in good condition. Please act responsibly and keep your dogs in crates at your hotel. Do not bathe or groom dogs in your room. Use heavy plastic under crates. PWDCA values its relationship with its host hotel and local accommodations. Exhibitors who exhibit disorderly conduct will be held accountable and subject to AKC Guidelines for dealing with misconduct which could result in an event committee hearing, suspension/revocation of AKC privileges, fines or both. 6

The commercial contract terms include this Video Policy. The Video Company is not charging the Club professional video fees in exchange for compliance with this policy. This saves the Club thousands of dollars and provides show attendees and streaming video viewers superb video quality and service. STRICTLY PROHIBITED! ABSOLUTELY NO - "live streaming" or posting of videos on Facebook, Twitter, Facetime, Ustream, LiveStream, YouTube or any other social media.! ABSOLUTELY NO - filming or photographing of TV monitors provided by the Video Company for spectators, judges or those attending the show inside the venue.! ABSOLUTELY NO - filming of entire classes of dogs or winners classes.! ABSOLUTELY NO - filming from a tripod, monopod or other support device. PERMITTED! ALLOWED - you may film your own dog (but not your friend's dog or their friend's dog, etc) using a phone, tablet or small handheld camera only. ENFORCEMENT Non-compliance with this Video Policy will be first approached with a courteous reminder from the video company, including a printout of this policy. Further violations will be escalated to the show committee and may result in a Show Bench Committee Hearing. Show Bench Committees are empowered to impose various penalties including expulsion from the show. 7

8 NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS - SHOW SITE PARKING Parking in designated areas only. Reserved parking and RV parking via the PWDCA Store. All generators MUST be turned off between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM This parking restriction will be strictly enforced. DOGS MAY ARRIVE any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. DOGS NOT REQUIRED for further judging will be excused. JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. The show-giving club and the Show Superintendent have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required. ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercise pens. CLASS CASH PRIZES will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must be made in the ring before the judging of that breed is over, and the show Superintendent to be advised at once. The Show Superintendent and Show-giving Club may disclaim any liability for cash prizes after the judging of the breed is over. THERE SHALL BE NO drilling nor intensive or corrective training of dogs on the show grounds or premises. EXHIBITORS SHOULD FOLLOW THEIR VETERINARIAN'S RECOMMENDATION to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations. PWDCA RESERVES the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. ALL TROPHIES AND PRIZES must be claimed the day of the show. None will be mailed or otherwise distributed. THE WELFARE OF AN EXHIBITOR'S CHILD OR AN ATTENDEE'S CHILD is assumed to be the responsibility of the exhibitor or attendee. It is distinctly understood that exhibitors and attendees will exercise control and restraint over their children on the days of the show. ALL PERSONS ATTENDING THESE DOG SHOWS hereby waive any claim for damages against the Portuguese Water Dog Club of America, its members or agents, in the event a motor vehicle must be entered to rescue a dog from overheating or suffocation due to improper ventilation.
