12 Holiday Trial Series 2018 High Combined Announcing the 3rd Annual High Combined Holiday Series Trial Award For each competitive day of the 2018 Holiday Trials sponsored by Elsie and Barbara, each handler will keep their single highest score. Friday scores will only be used in the event of a tie. To be clear, it is not a specific dog s scores, but rather the handler s single highest score for each competitive day regardless of the number of dogs a handler has entered. The 2017 winner for the 2nd Annual Holiday Series High Combined is Ashley Wright, with her dogs Maker and Tucker. She chose the fleece throw personalized with pictures of her choice. In 2016 Mary Peaslee won the first High Combined for the Year award, receiving the print named Shepherd s Call. The dog happened to look a lot like an English Shepherd, so it was appropriate that Mary and Howie won.
