Entries will not be accepted if received without fees. Entries not on official AKC Entry Forms and entries without the Agreement attached are not acceptable. This premium list can be printed from the CRDTC website: No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance. ENTRY FEES will not be refunded in the event of a dog being absent, disqualified, or excused by a Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by the act of the Trial Committee. NO ENTRY FEE will be returned if the show cannot be opened or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, an Act of God, public enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of the CRDTC. A RECORDING FEE of $0.50 & a service fee of $1.50 will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial or Tracking Test. These Fees are to be collected by the show-giving club and paid to the American Kennel Club. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the trial, the Fees are to be collected on the first entry only. (AKC Rule, Chapter 14, Section 2). The recording and service fees are included in the trial entry fee of $23. BITCHES IN SEASON: A refund will be made for a bitch that comes into season after the Closing Date, provided the request is accompanied by a veterinarian s certificate and is received by the Trial Secretary prior to the start of judging. OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE for errors in the making out of entry forms, whoever may make such errors. No entry fee will be refunded in the event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT for any dog holding up a class. The owner or agent of each dog is responsible for the presence of their dog in the judging ring when their class is called. Dogs need to be present only for scheduled judging. Only dogs entered in the trial are permitted at the trial site. DUE TO SPACE LIMITATIONS crating area and personal chair space will be limited.
