It is important that you know WHERE you are so 911 can find you!) 3 Identify your exact location AND send someone to the front gate to direct the incoming unit to the location where they re needed.

In addition, temporary fencing will be used to mark the boundaries of the field in use. A battery operated, continuous loop lure machine will be used. The lure will consist of plastic strips.

6 Restrooms are available in the show hall, which will be open during event hours. You may not use any of the rings inside the building for practice. 7 Directions to Show Site: From I-85 North bound: Proceed to I-485 (outer loop) and exit towards Pineville. Exit onto I- 77 South follow remaining directions from I-77 below. From I-85 South bound: Proceed to I-485 (inner loop) and exit towards Matthews. From I-77: Exit 90/Carowinds Boulevard. Turn WEST towards Carowinds. Follow Carowinds Blvd. approximately 2.25 mi to NC 49 (S Tryon St/York Rd). Turn Left/ South onto NC 49. Drive approximately 1.5 mi to Choate Circle. Turn Left at the traffic light. Go approximately 0.4 mi and (Piedmont KC) is on your left. Property is 20 acres with a brick ranch style clubhouse and a large steel show building behind it. If the gate is closed come in, but close it behind you.

8 Attention Exhibitors 1. Dogs must have an AKC registration number, FSS, PAL, ILP number or be enrolled in the AKC Canine Partners program (mixed breeds) 2. Separate entry forms must be completed for each dog entered 3. Fees must accompany entries. ISCA assumes no responsibility for incomplete or inaccurate information on the entry form or for a dog being entered in a class for which it is not eligible. 4. Entries must be on the current official American Kennel Club entry form. Conditional, unsigned or incomplete entries will not be accepted. 5. The Carolina Irish Setter Club is not responsible for the loss or damage to any dog exhibited, whether it results from an accident or other cause. It is to be clearly understood hat every dog at this trial is in the care, custody and control of the owner or his/her agent at all times. 6. THERE IS NO PARKING FEE OR ADMISSION FEE FOR THIS EVENT. Do not park any vehicle in the grassy field on the right as you enter the show grounds or in the agility field and the road or between the agility field and woods. If the gate is closed come in, but close it behind you. 7. There is NO overnight RV parking for this event. You may bring an RV and daypark on the site for no charge RVs should be parked on the grass between the gravel road and the woods behind the show building. 8. This is a rain-or-shine outdoor event. Please plan accordingly. Please plan to bring your own shade and your own chairs. (A baby pool with water will be available for cooling dogs, if needed.) 9. Dogs must be on lead or crated unless running. Dogs may wear any collar except a choker, collar with prongs or e-collar. Dogs may wear head harness to and from the course. 10. A $10 fine will be assessed for any loose dog on the field that is not competing in the course in progress. 11. Children must be under control of a parent or adult guardian at all times. Dogs are to be walked prior to running to warm them up and eliminate before running & again after running to cool them down. ELIMINATION DURING THE TEST IS A DQ. PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOGS. Put bagged waste into trash containers. The event-hosting club, its agents, members, representatives, volunteers, etc. assume no liability or responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property, and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children or spectators before, during or after the event.
