Welcome Party following the Match Grilled main course and salad provided by MAWRA, additional potluck donations encouraged! 3 DEADLINES AND ENTRY INFORMATION The CWA Annual Match is open to all whippets who are AKC/CKC registered. The National Race Meet and MAWRA Meet are open to all CWA registered whippets. Registration forms can be found at AUGUST 31, 2018 Logowear Order To order click here: DEADLINES AUGUST 22, 2018 Annual Match and National Race Meet Pre-Entry Deadline Entries made by this date will appear in the catalog. SEPTEMBER 14, 2018 National Race Meet & MAWRA Final Entry Deadline No racing entries will be accepted after this date. Substitutions for lame hounds and bitches in season may be made up to September 21 at Noon. SEPTEMBER 21, 2018 Annual Match Day of Entries taken between 11am 1pm on the field. If you need to cancel your entry, or make a substitution, please notify the Race Secretary as soon as possible: cofeature@gmail.com Annual Fun Match Entries ENTRY FEES Match Pre-Entry: $12 per dog Match Late Entry: (after September 14, 2018): $15 per dog Race Meet Entries Saturday September 22 CWA National Race Meet Entries (Adults and Puppies) $18 first dog, $15 second dog, $12 third dog, $10 each additional dog (same owner/household) Legends Run: $10 per dog (1 100 yard run, 8+ years old, box or no box option) Sunday, September 23 - MAWRA Race Meet Entries (Adults and Puppies) $15 first dog, $12 second dog, $10 third dog, $5 each additional dog (same owner/household) MAKING ENTRIES AND PAYMENTS

5 RAFFLES MAWRA will be hosting a raffle drawn on Saturday after Awards with a focus on themed baskets! Any donations of raffle items are most welcome. Those who donate baskets will receive TEN FREE RAFFLE TICKETS. TROPHIES All trophy donors will be listed in the catalog. See for the list of trophies and donation information. Burgers (we ll bring some veggie burgers, too!), hotdogs, and salad provided by MAWRA. Additional potluck items encouraged! Bring your own beverage. Bottled water provided all day. Saturday September 22 nd Continental Breakfast A continental breakfast including coffee, tea, fruit and pastries and other goodies will be available at the field. Bottled water provided all day. Boxed lunch from Subway pre-order only. Choose from Turkey, Ham, Italian or Veggie 6in sub. Drink, chips and cookie included. $8 Awards Dinner Catered by local favorite Carrot Tree join us for a Southern BBQ dinner. Choose from Chicken or Pork BBQ (or Veggie Bake!), plus favorite side salads, fixins and a dessert bar! Most Class A and C RVs will be to the left of the bathhouse #2 in the area on the road or across the road toward the River. You can bring your vehicles closer to the track for racing.
