Exhibitors shall be provided armbands or stickers indicating their dog s running order number for this trial. Each class will be briefed separately. Lunch breaks will be at the Judge s discretion. A warm-up area, consisting of a regulation agility jump will be provided for all exhibitors. Judging will begin at 1 pm and 8 am Walk through will begin as All About the Height Cards All dogs, regardless of jump height, who are under two years of age and do not have a temporary height card or are over two years of age and do not have a permanent height card must be measured prior to their first run of the weekend. It is the exhibitor s responsibility to ensure their dog is measured before their first run. 2 Page 2 Course Maps Once the Judges arrive at the show site hard copies of the course maps are placed in one of the three black file boxes labeled either Master, Open or Excellent. The maps will be located at the corresponding ring. A copy of each map is posted in the score posting notebooks. The file boxes and score posting notebooks are located at the main score table. Copies of the course maps are based on entry numbers so please DO NOT take a map unless you are actually in that class. Exhibitors should consider bringing with them to the show tracing paper and a pencil. If the maps are gone they can trace a map from the posted copy.. Afternoon We need volunteers to help break down on : all equipment to Tammy s trailer, rally ring barriers to Lorie s trailer, club canopies and club equipment to one central location near hospitality/awards. Xtra raffle tickets available! Volunteers would like to thank you in advance for volunteering to work at this year s event. To show our appreciation, for each class worked, each volunteer will receive a $2 voucher and worker raffle tickets. The vouchers can be used as money off entry fees at future agility trial. Drinking water in the orange Igloo container will be available for all workers. Don t forget to bring your own drinking vessel. Cups will not be provided. Dry erase boards will be located near each ring. If you see a blank space and have free time just write your name in the blank or volunteer with Pat White and Julie O. I m Hungry The Club is offering a few breakfast snacks for a small donation. Lunches need to be ordered by Monday, May 6. There is a fruit stand, deli and restaurant on the show grounds. All reservations must be made directly with Casa de RV at rvmotel@casadefruta.com or We receive a discount in the form of no extra fee for pets and no late check out fee on. If you plan to park in the regular RV park which is above the agility rings on pavement you may arrive anytime through the day. If you plan to park on the grass near the agility rings you may arrive: Thursday after 2:00 pm morning before 11:00 am. evening after judging is complete in both rings. Look for Louie who will direct you to a camping space. If you are parked ringside you MAY NOT move your vehicle until judging has finished and the rings have been cleared of equipment. Scores & Awards The score posting books will be located at the main score table by Lorie s trailer. If you are in a hurry to see your score before it is input in to the computer you may ask the scribe runner to see your score sheet. Do not ask the scribe as they are busy scoring the next dog and need to pay attention. You can also ask anyone at the main score table. The ribbons and first place prizes will be located in the Club Area look for the Club banner. There will be a clipboard at the awards table. If the ribbon labels are ready the daily awards form, located on the front of the clipboard, will be initialed next to that class. All scores MUST be verified by the judge BEFORE ribbons can be released.
