First entry of each dog $28 Second entry of the same dog $23 The American Kenne Cub (AKC) Rues and Reguations wi govern this Tria and Exhibitors must make themseves famiiar with the agreement of the AKC referred to on the reverse side of the entry form in this Premium List Entries No Entry wi be accepted which specifies any condition as to its acceptance. Signature required, unsigned entries, and entries received without payment wi not be accepted. Note: Entry Forms without the fu AKC Agreement and Rues and signature on the reverse side wi not be accepted. RETURNED CHECKS DO NOT CONSTITUTE A VALID ENTRY FEE. The cub wi add a $25.00 coection fee to the amount of each returned check. Entries wi be acknowedged via emai as they are received and processed. PLEASE VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF YOUR ENTRY INFORMATION as soon as you receive the processing emai. Confirmation and armband number wi be sent via emai after entries cose. Those without an emai address wi be maied by USPS to the address on the entry form. Pease be sure to add ShowEntries.Info to your emai aowed ist. Refunds Refunds (minus a processing fee of $5.00) wi be made for bitches in season if a veterinarian s certificate is presented to the Tria Secretary at east 30 minutes prior to the start of the tria. Entry fees sha NOT be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disquaified, sick, ame, excused by the Judge or Veterinarian, or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee, or because it has been entered incorrecty. If, because of riots, civi disturbances or other acts beyond the contro of the cub it is impossibe to open, or to compete the Show NO REFUND wi be made. Transfers Transfers wi be permitted per AKC reguations unti the maximum number of dogs per day per judge has been reached. A competed Transfer Form must be presented to the Tria Secretary at east 30 minutes prior to the start of each tria. Bank forms wi be avaiabe at the secretary s tabe. 3 4

3 Housekeeping Loss or Damage The Tria Committee and the Tria Secretary wi use due care and diigence for the wefare of dogs and exhibitors, but wi not be responsibe for, or assume any iabiity in the event of any accident or misfortune, to either dogs or exhibitors participating in these trias. Show Site TRIAL HOURS are from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. The show buiding wi not be avaiabe to exhibitors on Friday prior to the tria. Limited crating space wi be provided inside. Crates may be eft in buiding on Saturday night. Dogs may not be eft in the buiding overnight. NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE SHOW BUILDING NO FIREARMS ALLOWED IN THE SHOW BUILDING OR SHOW GROUNDS A dogs present must be hed on eash or confined to their crates except when being judged. Dogs must be ready for judging. Exhibitors aone are responsibe for the presence of their dogs in the ring. Judges are not required to wait for any dog hoding up a cass. Food and Refreshments Lunch wi be avaiabe each day. Options are: soup, make your own sandwich and/or saad, chips and cookies.
