4 Tria Information and Entry Reguations Tria Hours 8:00am 6:00pm Eastern Dayight Savings Time Buiding wi open at 8am a both days NO x-pens aowed. NO retractabe eads permitted indoors NO stroers: dog or human REGULAR AND OPTIONAL TITLING ENTRIES LIMITED TO 8 JUDGING HOURS PER JUDGE PER DAY Indicate UDX and/or PUDX if you are entering both Open B & Utiity B and/or Preferred Open/Utiity and you want no entry if one cass or the other is aready cosed due to entry imitations (Obedience Reguations: Chapter 1 Section 27). Refunds wi be given per AKC reguations and for entries withdrawn in writing or emai before the cosing date and time. 4Paw wi refund entry fees for bitches that come into season after the cosing date of the tria ess a $10.00 administrative fee per entry; pease submit a etter of expanation from your veterinarian aong with your request for such a courtesy refund. No refunds for errors on entry forms, or if a dog is absent, disquaified, or excused. No refunds if the show cannot open or be competed by reason of riots, civi disturbances, fire, extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, pubic emergency, act of a pubic enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the contro of the cub. Transfers wi be accepted per AKC reguations if the cass is not fu. Competed and signed move-up form must be submitted to the Tria Secretary no ater than 30 minutes prior to the start of the tria. Show Site wi be open to exhibitors for setup from 5:00-7:00pm Friday evening, and at 8:00 am Saturday & Sunday morning. No dogs may be eft in the buiding overnight. Exhibitors shoud foow their veterinarians recommendation to assure their dogs are free of interna and externa parasites, any communicabe diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations. CLEAN UP Exhibitors wi be responsibe for picking up after their dogs and maintaining cean conditions in and around their crates.
