3 N O T I C E T O E X H I B I T O R The American Kenne Cub (AKC) Rues and Reguations wi govern this Tria and Exhibitors must make themseves famiiar with the agreement of the AKC referred to on the reverse side of the entry form in this Premium List No Entry wi be accepted which specifies any condition as to its acceptance. Signature required, unsigned entries, and entries received without payment wi not be accepted. Note: Entry Forms without the fu AKC Agreement and Rues and signature on the reverse side wi not be accepted. NEMKC assumes no responsibiity for wrong or incompete information given on the entry form by the owner or the owner s agent. ENTRANTS ALONE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COMPLETENESS AND ACCURACY OF ALL INFORMATION ON THEIR ENTRY FORMS. RETURNED CHECKS DO NOT CONSTITUTE A VALID ENTRY FEE. The Cub wi add a $25.00 coection fee to the amount of each returned check. Refunds (minus an administration fee of $5.00 per cass) for bitches in season wi be maied to the Exhibitor after the concusion of the tria if a veterinarian s certificate is presented to the Tria Secretary at east 30 minutes prior to the start of the tria. Entry fees sha NOT be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disquaified, sick, ame, excused by the Judge or Veterinarian, or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee, or because it has been entered incorrecty. There is no refund for DUPLICATE ENTRIES or OVERPAYMENTS. If, because of riots, civi disturbances or other acts beyond the contro of the management it is impossibe to open, or to compete the Show NO REFUND wi be made. Judges wi not wait for any dog hoding up a cass. LOSS OR DAMAGE Both the Tria Committee and the show site owner wi use due care and diigence for the wefare of dogs and exhibitors, but wi not be responsibe for, or assume any iabiity in the event of any accident or misfortune, to either dogs or exhibitors participating in these Trias. The wefare of an Exhibitor s chid is soey the responsibiity of the Exhibitor. It is distincty understood that Exhibitors wi exercise contro and restraint over their chidren. (Variety) if you are entering a dog of breed in which there are varieties for show purposes, pease designate the particuar variety you are entering, i.e., Cocker Spanie (soid coor back, ASCOB, parti-coor), Beages (not exceeding 13 in., over 13 in. but not exceeding 15 in.), Dachshunds (onghaired, smooth, wirehaired), Coies (rough, smooth), Bu Terriers (coored, white), Manchester Terriers (standard, toy), Chihuahuas (smooth coat, ong coat), Engish Toy Spanies (King Chares and Ruby, Benheim and Prince Chares), Poodes (toy, miniature, standard). 2. (Event Cass) Consut the cassification in this premium ist. If the event cass in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the cass, specify the particuar division of the cass in which you are entering your dog, i.e, A or B division. 3. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actuay owned it at the time entries for an event cosed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for which entries cosed after the date of acquirement, regardess of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his/her name. State on entry form whether transfer appication has been maied to the AKC. (For compete rues, refer to Chapter 11, Section 3.) 4.
