Entries are acknowedged via emai as soon as they are processed. Armband numbers are confirmed and judging programs are distributed via emai for a entries. Premium ists for future trias wi aso be sent out via emai. Returned checks do not constitute a vaid entry fee. The Tria Secretary wi add a coection fee of $25 to the amount of each returned check. Any returned check must be made good by cash or money order before the dog wi be aowed into the ring. No entry sha be made and no entry sha be accepted which specifies any condition as to its acceptance. Entries wi not be accepted without fees, signatures, or the "Agreement" on the reverse side of the Officia AKC Entry Form. Pease print or type a information on the entry form. Pease show ony dog's AKC tites on the entry form. Teephone and unsigned paper entries cannot be accepted. Exhibitors are responsibe for compete, accurate, and egibe information on the entry forms. Iegibe or incompete entries cannot be entered into the tria. A entries must be made on officia AKC Entry Forms or copies and must incude the Agreement and Rues. Onine entries through the ShowEntries.Info OCC onine SmartEntry form are aso acceptabe. Changes, additions, or corrections to entry forms must be received in writing, at the secretary's address or by emai ( OCC_Tria_Secretary@ShowEntries.Info ) prior to the cosing date. Refunds No refund of entry fees wi be made for entries canceed after the cosing date, except in the cases of bitches that come into season. In those cases, refunds of vaid entries may be obtained by providing the Tria Secretary with a veterinarian's certificate verifying that the bitch came into season after the cosing date. The certificate may be maied, provided the postmark is no ater than the date prior to the day of the tria, or deivered by hand to the Tria Secretary before the start of the tria. Entry fees wi not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disquaified, excused by a veterinarian or judge, or barred from competition by action of Tria Committee. Entry fees wi not be refunded because of riots, civi disturbances, or other acts beyond the contro of the host organization, if it is impossibe to open or to compete the tria. If, in the opinion of the host cub, the we being of dogs, exhibitors or spectators is at risk due to extreme weather conditions, such as, but not imited to snow storms, hurricanes, ightning, or extreme heat, the host cub may cance or stop a show or tria before competion. No refunds wi be made in such cases. Awards and Trophies Quaifying score required for a prizes in reguar casses. The Obedience Cub of Chattanooga, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize or trophy of equa vaue in the event one isted is not avaiabe from the donor. A awards and trophies must be caimed the day of the show. None wi be maied. Judging Procedures Judges wi not wait for any dog hoding up a cass. Owners or agents aone are responsibe for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their casses are caed to be judged. Dogs need to be present ony for schedued judging and wi be reeased if not needed for further judging. Dogs are ony aowed in rings during judging. Site Crating is avaiabe indoors at this site. Smoking is not aowed inside the buiding or on the show grounds. A dogs must be attended or confined to their crates excep t when being judged. Limited RV parking is avaiabe. The trophy is a champagne urn in mirror bright god finish, combined with a id and cast stem, mounted on a wanut wood base. The id has a ribbon myar hoder with an obedience medaion insert. For permanent possession, this trophy must be won 3 times by the same owner, not necessariy the same dog, nor at consecutive shows. The hander's name and year of award wi be inscribed on the trophy which wi remain in the possession of Obedience Cub of Chattanooga unti retired. The trophy is donated in oving memory of Jamie DeVaney by Jamie's Knoxvie training group. SATURDAY MORNING, SATURDAY AFTERNOON & SUNDAY CAROLYN STANSBERRY MEMORIAL TROPHY wi recognize the Dog and Hander earning High In Tria each year with a commemorative engraved acryic paperweight suitabe for dispaying a photo. The Hander's name and year of award wi be engraved on the permanent trophy which wi remain on dispay with the Obedience Cub of Chattanooga unti its presentation. Shoud a Dog and Hander earn the award in three consecutive years, the trophy itsef wi be retired with the hander and a new one estabished with the Obedience Cub of Chattanooga. The trophy is donated by Carrie Riggs, her famiy and friends in honor of her mother, Caroyn.
