2 Entry Limits Please note: Entries may not exceed 7 hours of judging time per day per judge when judging 5 or more classes. Regular and optional titling class entries will be accepted in the order received, up to the limits of the assigned judge. Wildcard class entries have second priority, and will be conditionally accepted. After closing, these entries will be accepted in the order received, up to the limits for the assigned judge. All classes with jumps will be run in ascending jump order on Saturday, beginning with 16 jump and ending with 14 jump. Classes with jumps will be run in descending jump order on Sunday, beginning with 14 jump and ending with 16 jump. Exceptions may be made for handlers with multiple entries. The showing of unconfirmed Champions in Best of Breed competition is limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirements for a championship. 3. (Event Class) Consult the classification in this premium list. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e., age division, color division, weight division. 4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for an event closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his name. 5 Trial Entry Information and Trial Regulations Entries are acknowledged via as soon as they are received and processed. Please review and respond right away if any changes are noted. Armband numbers are confirmed and judging programs are distributed via for all entries. This will be shortly after closing, when final judging assignments are complete, and exhibitor armband numbers have been assigned. Premium lists for future trials will also be sent out via . Refunds will be given per AKC regulations and for entries withdrawn in writing or via before the closing date and time. As a courtesy to exhibitors, the club will give refunds, less $7 per entry, for bitches that come into season after the closing date of the trial; submit a letter of explanation from your veterinarian on his/her office stationery along with your request prior to the start of the trial. No refunds for errors on entry forms, or if a dog is absent, disqualified, or excused. No refunds if the show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of the club. Changes or corrections to entry forms must be received in writing or via prior to the close of entries. Indicate UDX if you are entering both OB & UB and you want no entry if one class or the other is already closed due to entry limitations (Obedience Regulations: Chapter 1 Section 27). Obedience High Jump Height and Pre-Open / Pre-Utility Jump Height is required for all entries in the classes with jumps. Entry Fees must be paid via Paypal when submitting your entry online. If a check is returned, we will add any bank fees to the amount due. Transfers (formerly called move-ups) will be accepted per AKC regulations if you have earned a new title, and if the class is not full. The fee difference will apply for transfers from a non-regular to a regular or optional titling class. Completed and signed transfer form must be submitted to the Trial Secretary no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of judging for the trial. Show Site will be open for ring setup from 5:00 until finished on Friday. Exhibitors who help with ring setup may setup crates. Show hours are 7:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday & Sunday. No dogs may be left in the building overnight. All dogs present must be held on leash or confined to crates, except when being judged or in designated warm-up areas. No Flexi leashes or prong collars permitted in the buildings. No ex-pens permitted in the buildings. No overnight parking or camping permitted at the show site. The club assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children.
