The dogs crowd her dog and follow her. RP advised this has happened numerous times. No contact. A business card was left at the residence to call when they arrive home. RP advised there is a red truck parked at the causeway and no one is in it. RP also said there is a boat floating towards the bridge on Old Country and no one is in that either. RP is concerned there might be a problem, that someone may have fallen off the boat and into the water. I talked to owner of the boat. Owner stated that he uses it as a property marker and a swimming float. He stated that no one had been using the boat so there should not have been anyone that fell off the boat. On scene, I made contact with the RP who stated that the residents of apartment # 8 told him about an argument they witnessed. No one witnessed any physical contact between the parties. The female was reported to have been crying. She had left the area with the children. I was given a number to reach the female. I called and left a message. The female called later in the night to report the she was not injured and the argument never became physical. Today a customer found two razor blades hidden in between the packages of the kitty litter. The customer said they almost cut themselves on one of them. RP is unsure if they sell the brand of razor blades in the store. They no longer have the blade found in cosmetics from last week. This is an occuring issue. RP advised his wife called him to tell him a black car has stopped in front of their house and an individual got out of the vehicle and banged on the door. RP's wife finds this very suspicious. RP would like police to go to his residence and check it out. Contact made with person, door-to-door book salesperson, who has a permit to peddle in Town. Clear without incident. RP's wife told same. RP has not heard from his neighbor since July 1. RP and his neighbor regularly and he hasn't responded to the RP's last one and he usually responds fairly quickly.
