I had stopped his car for the same reason about a month ago. At that time I had informed the same driver to get the car inspected. The driver stated that he has had some financial issues recently. I issued the driver a citation for the inspection but told him that I would give him seven days to get the car inspected and show me proof. He contacted a relative and told them he could no longer care for them. Now he is worried that no one is taking care of them. RP wanted to know if anyone was able to track down the dog that has been barking all night RP had called at 2100 hrs, as directed by the last Officer who responed to her call, and it was transferred to DIspatch whom she told the dog was now barking. Dispatch contacted duty Officer and he contacted the RP. The duty Officer did not have an opportunity to go and listen for the barking, as he was tied up with other things. RP was told today's duty Officer will put a card in the door of each house (if no one is home) and ask for a call back. made contact with the owners of the barking dog.
